Our mission is to offer a diverse environment that builds confidence to athletes of all ages. At Sun City Sports Lab, we offer sport specific training to enhance and strengthen athlete development. We also offer Basketball League Play, open gym play, gym rental. Coming soon….strength and fitness training.

Amazing place to go for fitness and skills improvement. All of the coaches here, especially Coaches A, AW, Tre are great. They know the game and can tailor instructions to all ages and levels. Facilities plus equipment are in great shape. I’m thoroughly impressed with Sun City Sports Lab and the wonderful people that run it.
