Great gym. Never too busy. Perhaps limited in equipment but has everything you will probably need. Decent cardio area, multiple racks, numerous machines. Two bathrooms always kept clean. Parking sometimes is a little difficult but not a big worry

I cannot recommend this Svelte Performance enough! This is easily the best facility I’ve ever trained at. Lifted here while on vacation and training for a powerlifting meet. They have all the equipment you could possibly need for even elite level training, and I was most impressed by the multiple women’s competition barbells. Facility is super clean and organized. Kaitlyn was responsive and helpful and it’s clear how much thought goes into this place. I will 100% be back!

Svelte is the place for YOU!!!! when you walk in, you are greeted by some of the friendliest trainers in Texas. AND they know what they are doing! They offer anything for HIIT to powerlifting at all levels. Next time you are in the area, check it out, and bring a donut or 2!

Truly a hidden gem! The owner, Kaitlyn, is awesome - super knowledgeable, always willing to help, and makes working out there very enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Also, there are absolutely no words for the classes offered. I attend Amrutha’s classes most often and whew! She's an amazing trainer who knows how to push you to reach your fitness goals while also being incredibly accommodating for injuries and individual fitness levels. Her workouts are always challenging and interesting, and she's great at explaining proper form for each exercise to keep you safe.
If you're looking for a new gym or if you’re completely new to a fitness journey—look no further Svelte is the best in the DFW.

This has to be the friendliest gym in Dallas! I’m a travelling fitness model, bodybuilder and gym owner myself so I have high standards and Svelte ticked all the boxes. Brilliant music, perfect air temp, good variety of kit, only a small amount of people training at once. Exciting to learn they’ve got more kit coming too! I love this gym! I’ve been going for about 8 months and the community wonderful. The women’s barbell classes taught by Kaitlyn are perfect for women new to lifting and everyone is so friendly and encouraging! Kaitlyn always programs great workouts and created a really cool environment! BONUS: they are currently renovating and adding in some fantastic amenities.

Whether you are completely new to exercise or looking for a challenge, I highly recommend Amrutha’s classes. She plays the best music to get you motivated to workout (even at 7 am!) If you are new to working out, Amrutha does a great job of breaking down form and pushing you to meet your goals.

I personally think this Gym is a great gym. I actually enjoy working out here. However every gym has its pros and cons.

Pros:
Private Gym, Smaller intimate setting (Which is a Con as well later explained), Open 24 hrs, Clean and Very Well Kept, Owner is very personable, No contracts, Not a Bodybuilders Gym, Ages range from young to elders, Total of 3 rooms (one is more feminine with pink weights but its open to everyone if a class is not in there), Physical therapy training takes place all day. Everyone has gym etiquette so its easy to work in between if you need a machine.

Cons: Small....So its only 1 piece of most equipment, With it being small During the Day it gets crowded very Quickly (20 ppl makes it seem Packed), Trainers are usually are using multiple machines so it's kind of difficult to know whats being used when the trainer and client is on the other side, Not Much Cardio equipment (3-4 bikes, 4 treadmills, 1 stair stepper).

This is just my honest opinion and I like the gym and Its in the city and very convenient. I over all love the Gym and the owner says they should be expanding but I'm not sure how soon.

I've been seeing a trainer here for approx. 2 years, following my trainer from Golds Gym when it closed. This is a great place - such a friendly atmosphere with other trainers and members encouraging each other and celebrating others' successes. The owner has made a significant investment over the last year in new equipment. Fitness levels range from body-builders to newbies, but I've never felt any judgment from anyone.

I’m so glad my physical therapist recommended this gym and Kaitlyn as my personal trainer. Due to health issues, my balance and strength were very poor. Kaitlyn has helped me and my husband with our fitness regimen and even accommodated us during the pandemic with online sessions! She is very well versed in physiology and always keeps our workouts interesting.

I meet my PT for a workout. She's good. It's different and good. It a gym to workout seriously. The atmosphere is calm and individualized. The walls are painted in deep dark rich grey. I like that. There plenty of exercise equipment. Not crowded. Reasonable membership fees.

I’ve been training at Svelte for 3+ years. This is an excellent workout facility with a wide array of well maintained and, in many cases, new fitness equipment. There is an abundance of weights, kettle bells, medicine balls, mats, exercise bands, etc., to ensure a wide variety of choices for working out. The members and trainers are friendly but serious about working out. In addition to an array of fitness classes, there are women specific weightlifting classes as well. If you want to get in shape on your own or with a trainer, Svelte is your place!

The women’s barbell class has been a complete game-changer for me. I used to be really intimidated to lift heavy, but this class provides a positive environment with lots of expert supervision. Kaitlyn, the owner of the gym, is incredible at what she does. Her programs are challenging and she spends a lot of energy teaching us correct form. This isn't just a gym. It is a community! The trainers are all top notch and genuinely care about their clients. There is always new equipment coming in the doors to improve their offering. They have weight machines, free weights, rowers, stationary bikes, treadmills, battle ropes, a studio, and plenty of barbell stations. They have clinical options for folks with co-morbidities we as well as classes that you can sign up for via their app - and members get 24 hour access. Used the location for a photo shoot for my personal training company, and my experience was nothing short of amazing. The gym has great lighting, and plenty of space. An awesome gym! I went here to do an InBody Scan and was so impressed. The gym has a large variety of equipment and a great back room for classes. I wish I lived closer because the class selection online looks amazing. They have a lot of options and it always looks so fun on their Instagram. Hope to try out their Wine Down soon, 45 minute mindfulness yoga followed by wine tasting.

I have been doing online training with Torie and Dallas Iron Fitness for the past 2 months and I am loving it so far! In the past I've always struggled with knowing what to do and accountability in my workouts but the cost of a personal trainer hasn't ever fit into my budget.
