I have been coming here for a few years now. I love Claudia and what she’s done with the Pilates studio. I always get my ass kicked and the music pairs well. There’s a good variety of reggaeton, rnb, and rap. Claudia is very passionate and as a fellow Latina, I will always support Latina owned businesses. Thank you!

The Sweat and Soul Class with Miss Curtina was awesome, she is an amazing instructor. I had a wonderful experience in my first class at Sweat and Soul, I loved the environment. The instructors are friendly and the receptionist was attentive and assistive. I loved the vibe and the energy in Sweat and Soul. I will definitely return for another class.

This was my second time taking Curtina's class & visiting this studio, and I absolutely ENJOYED myself! From the music to the workout itself, it was a vibe. She is a great and patient instructor. Her cues are on point, and I appreciate the way she engaged the class. I would recommend her sessions to any and every one! I'm not usually a mat workout typa girly (I body build & teach yoga full-time), so this was out of my normal programming and it was a burner! Thank You Curtina, for an amazing experience!

Wow! I loved this studio space and my Pilates Power Total Body class with Jermaine so much! I will definitely be back. It was the perfect blend of intensity, thorough cueing, great music, a relaxing ambiance and pacing to really feel into the moves without being completely done. I LOVED that we ended the class with a short meditation and breathwork exercise. Can’t wait to return! The space is also unique and overall dope vibes. Check it out if you’re in the area. They accept classpass as well.

Class pass was cancelled without an explanation. I wanted to feel the vibe one more time before committing to a membership. It’s ok I found motive fitness near Rice University with the instructor Tiffany. Phenomenal!!!

Hot Mat Sculpt, Power Pilates, and Train Like an Athlete are great classes. The instructors are very knowledgeable and create a great experience from start to finish. The front desk staff are very welcoming. The environment is clean and tidy. I love the fact that they have an onsite massage therapist and aesthetician. I am a SWOULMATE for life.

Booked through ClassPass, was extremely excited to try Pilates for the first time at a WOC-owned business. Showed up early (second to show up), found the location & waited for class to start, only to find out that the class had been overbooked. Since members get priority (understandable), had to surrender my reformer to someone else who was also a first-timer but who booked directly through the studio as opposed to CP. They did offer to honor my credits at the class starting at the next hour, but I didn’t have flexibility to stay. I wish they would have realized that the class was overbooked in advance, so I could have saved my time and gas.

I tried reserving the Pilates class through ClassPass, but it kept getting canceled. I’m not sure why you’re listed on ClassPass if you don’t accept bookings from there. I also checked the reviews, and it seems others have had the same issue, saying they were turned away because ClassPass isn’t actually accepted.

Even though I had attended multiple classes at this studio, the front entrance was never locked. However, this Sunday, for some reason, it was closed. The class location is already challenging to find, but I had read the description beforehand and arrived five minutes early.

I have been working out for years and have never missed a class. It was also raining that day, so I tried calling the number listed when I found out the front door was closed. I believe the lady on the phone was the owner and one of the most condescending people I have ever encountered. Even though I was early, she started blaming me for being late and said I should have read the location description.

I explained to her that this was not my first time at the studio, that I had read the location description a long time ago, and that I had never had any issues entering the building before. The rain had made the parking lot muddy, and if I parked there, I would have to wash my shoes and get a car wash afterward. I had to walk all the way down to another parking lot while it was raining, which took me about five minutes. The lady on the phone was neither helpful nor empathetic; she was very rude.

I arrived just a few minutes late but could attend the class without issues. However, a week later, I discovered the instructor had marked me as a no-show. I was shocked, as I have never missed a class on ClassPass or at any other studio. I contacted the studio to ask why I was marked absent, and once again, that condescending lady answered the phone. She tried to make me feel like it was all my fault.

I told her that she had lost a great customer and that I would never return to their studio again. I then contacted ClassPass and explained what happened, and they confirmed my attendance for that class. I hope the owner eventually learns to be friendlier and more helpful to her customers. From the reviews I have read, it seems I am not the only person who has experienced this issue.

I have perfect attendance, and my advice to others is to avoid this studio altogether because the owner has serious attitude problems. If you encounter any issues, she will not help you and instead blame you for whatever is happening.
I wish I could give zero. One star is not what they deserve!

My first time taking a vinyasas yoga class. It was amazing to say the least! My mind and my body were so in sync. And I felt like I was able to release a big load off my back, spiritually. I felt so at peace. I loved it and I can’t wait to be back ❤️

I absolutely enjoyed Power Yoga with Emily. It was a great class, she was very helpful and gave us options to modify if we needed to. It was definitely perfect for my after marathon stretch.

This was my 2nd time visiting this really unique workout studio space. It's inside of an art gallery. On Dec. 27th, I took a Hot Yoga Sculpt Class with Sandra and she lead an amazing class. Even when I wanted to give up on that last rep, her encouragement and enthusiasm helped to inspire me to not quit. Also, I loved the small, intimate class room. Not too packed. Go Check Out Hot Yoga Sculpt Class!!!

I started coming here earlier this year. It was my first introduction to Pilates. I was very nervous to be on the machine and Nautika did such a wonderful job helping me feel comfortable and demo-ing the exercises. I love her cues and her style of classes. I’m so glad I found this studio, I don’t think I would’ve started incorporating Pilates into my workout routine without it. Also congratulations on the new location, it’s well deserved! This Pilates studio is doing so much good for the community in bringing people together.

Love this class! They focus on form and quality instead of quantity. They explain everything super well, including the directions to get inside. All of the teachers here are amazing, but I have most of my sessions with Claudia. You can tell all the instructors are passionate about what they are doing, and, it’s always a great way to add to your routine for only 45 minutes. Also love that the class is smaller so it is more intimate and you can get more clear directions if need be. Also, it’s super clean that’s one of the most important things to me.

This was my first time at the studio but not my last. Class was easy to find with the instructions provided. My instructor was Claudia and she was so kind and helped guide us through class. The workout was challenging but still beginner friendly.

I tried to attend a class and the location is difficult to find. I didn’t receive a heads up about it like other studios. Past a certain time the whole building is locked so I had to go around the whole building to find the correct door and input the code. By the time I made it to the studio I was 5 minutes past my time and they wouldn’t let me in. Not only that, I was also charged a $12 no show fee. I do not recommend this place at all.

I first found this studio on ClassPass and liked it so much I got a subscription to the studio from their website. All the information to get into the building is clear on the booking confirmation and on their social media accounts. Claudia, Nautika, and Jermaine are great trainers who make sure I am safely using the equipment, correctly performing the exercises, and make sure everyone is having a fun working out. I am so glad I found a Pilates studio where I don't feel judged and where I can practice in a welcoming space.

This place is a hidden gem but quickly becoming really popular. I love both instructors Claudia and Jermaine and the Pilates classes they offer. It’s rare to find ones so affordable and with such an intimate setting. I had no problem finding the studio using the instructions given on ClassPass, but also saw on their Instagram that there’s a video which is better than anything any other studio I’ve been to has done! Hoping they can add more classes soon and maybe another Pilates room.
