Dropped in for a quick workout, they have energy thing you need. It’s not a huge gym but the space was used efficiently. Good vibes in there and easy if using Class Pass. Only thing was the upstairs area isn’t maintained very well and could use a cleaning.

In all my years of managing people and travel for clients I’ve never encountered this kind of professionalism. This gym is probably made of pure gold. The toilets are flaked with gold, at least. This place is AMAZING. The employees are fantastic human beings and never speak out of turn. They’re so much more respectful than anyone I’ve ever met (I’ve met the Pope). They especially have major support for their Hispanic customers. I know that for SURE.
edit: This gym lacks the intelligence to survive another ten years. Shout out to Robby.

I go on class pass and I appreciate how nice the staff is. They are so kind making sure clean towels are available and keeping up the place tidy and organized. I like the equipment and it feels like it’s the family gym where it’s very welcoming. Iv been going for sometime now and can say it’s very consistent in the positive service.

This is a really nice gym with a great community of staff and members. I’ve used it as an out-of-town guest several times. If you need training, ask for Stephen.

Sweat offers a flexible schedule to keep things interesting…whether it is starting your day off right with Glen and his awesome attitude early in the morning, or a mid-day break quick class with Joe and his genuine encouraging words. You can’t go wrong with either trainer because they both provide stellar music and will ensure that some days you leave a little winded from cardio and some says a little weak from strength training.
The atmosphere at Sweat is very friendly, body positive and welcoming. Encouragement is their thing. Motivation is their thing. Seriously, set your alarm, throw your bag in the car and go. Who knows? Maybe you'll make new friends and improve your life!

I really enjoyed my time working out at Sweat. It has a neighborhood feel tucked away in the back of Inwood Village. The gym itself is nice with everything you need to get a solid workout. Although i didn't have personal training, the trainers were very friendly and always provided advice and guidance. Big shout out to Joe and Mel!

good! fiancé and I moved into the neighborhood and were looking for a gym. The staff at SWEAT were very helpful and let us try out the gym for a week. Every time we go in, the staff is very friendly and helpful. They offered a free training session for both of us for signing up. The location is extremely convenient as well as their hours if operation. The equipment is up to date and everything is very clean. The fitness on demand option is very easy to use and has been open most times that I have been in the gym. You can take a cycle class/yoga/zoomba or whatever you are interested in whenever you want. I attended a yoga class with their instructor and was one of 2 people in the class for the day. It was very tailored to both of our needs and very fun! I've been to the gym at all hours of the day, it is rarely ever busy. Even between 5-7pm, it is very easy to use any equipment that you want, and I've never had to wait around. Overall, I strongly recommend this gym if you live in the area, great staff, clean equipment, and no wait times.

Clean, genuine people, small (which I like), yet has everything I need (and I've been working out with and without trainers for 20 years, so I can and do use everything in the gym). Oh, and no dudes in spandex, which shouldn't be a problem, but is at large gyms just to the south. I think part of the reason I like smaller gyms is because people are nicer when everyone doesn't get lost in the vast expanse, if that makes sense. You can't lose by at least trying it out. If you get sucked into one of those huge, nasty gyms with salespeople who lie about what color the sky is, that's your own damn fault.

Best gym in Dallas, hands down! The staff is awesome, the gym is super clean and never too crowded and the equipment is great! Even though it is so convenient to where I live I couldn't imagine working out anywhere else for my everyday gym!

If you're looking for an amazing gym with friendly and knowledgeable trainers, you've found it. I cant say enough great things about this place! From the awesome manager Joe to the environment... I love this place. Everyone is super friendly, I feel comfortable when I walk in the door. If you need help the staff will stop what they are doing to come help you with your Questions. I always see people vacuuming, wiping machines. I definitely would recommend this gym to anyone looking!

Sweat Dallas takes the workout to a whole new level. The trainers are master degreed and the equipment innovative and thoughtfully acquired. I especially enjoy the Alter G treadmill as it allows me to run for the first time in years.
I love the inviting environment with windows everywhere, a giant fan, and a clear glass garage door that is open on many mornings for a truly natural feel.
I have been with my trainer, Katie Corkhill for six years. There is no getting bored with her workouts! She changes equipment and routines so that they are both sensitive to my needs and challenging at the same time. I recommend SWEAT for a solid workout routine and healthy life habits.
