I am grateful to be trained by Ralph whose expertise is both comprehensive and exceptional.

What sets him apart is his remarkable breadth of knowledge across multiple disciplines - from mixed martial arts, to boxing, Pilates, self-defense, movement, and bodywork. His background in neuroscience, neuromuscular mobility/control and proprioception brings a scientific depth to his training that he graciously utilizes to educate and empower his clients.

Rather than simply putting you through workouts, he genuinely teaches. Every session focuses on developing proper movement patterns and coordinated movement sequences that build from the ground up. His functional movement training approach means everything translates directly to real-world applications, whether that is improving performance and endurance in daily activities, enhancing athletic performance, building practical self-defense capabilities and understandings, or as a preventative measure.

What I value most is his respectful human to human approach, with patience and kind humor, meeting you where you are while systematically building your awareness and competency. He also motivates inter professionals to network and excel in their niche.

I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Ralph for the past 3+ years as a trainer and also personally. He has a diverse background with extensive knowledge and training in various areas - MMA, massage therapy, stretching, personal defense/security, Pilates, etc. He’s one of the most curious people I know and never stops learning - which benefits each person he works with. I’m a neurologic clinical specialist physical therapist and have collaborated with Ralph for a patient/his client - who has been working with him for 10+ years. He truly puts his heart and soul into his business, the community, his family and friends, and any client he works with. Regardless of your age, ability, or goals - Ralph will individualize each session to meet your needs and adapt each exercise pending the individual. I honestly don’t enjoy standard workouts or typical gyms, but at tact fit, you’re too busy trying new exercises/movements in a nonjudgmental setting having fun to realize how challenging/beneficial each session is - the time really does fly by. YOU WILL GET A GREAT WORKOUT IN and sweat! I personally attend a small group class with people I’ve been lucky enough to work out with, get to know, and that have become friends. Tact fit provides more than a clean well equipped gym/workout space - it provides a safe place to exercise, belong, and to be a part of a community. I would 100% recommend tact fit.

I met Ralph as a boxing instructor. but I learned very soon after that, he is a man of many talents. In addition to boxing, Ralph is skilled in MMA, self defense, Pilates, mobility training, assisted stretching ….the list goes on.
Despite his many levels of expertise, he is a humble kind and talented human being and coach. Getting trained by Ralph is always a pleasure and an experience you come out of with new knowledge and skill. Not to mention a killer work out with a side of dad jokes.
