I worked with Tahli for a couple months and she was always punctual, educational and had a great attitude. She was great at pushing me when I needed but was also sensitive to any concerns I raised. She always asked me what I was eating to make sure my meals complimented my workouts to reach maximum results. She's a great trainer for anyone looking to improve their health and wellness through functional movement.

Engaging Tahlia as my personal trainer was one of the best ways I invested in myself. My primary motivation was to slim down of course, and to look like I got a BBL without getting a BBL... TTF had so much more in store for me! Before joining TTF, I had a background of being physically fit as I played club soccer starting at the age of 4 years old and up through all of high school. I also participated in various physical activities such as jazz, ballet, and tap dance, and drill team; over all, I was very active. All of that ended after graduating high school… at least until I started to work out with Tahlia (10 years later). At first, it was a pain to work out again. I was unfamiliar with my body’s newfound restrictions and I was heartbroken to learn that my body was incapable of movements that were natural to me once upon a time. Moreover, Tahlia was my introduction to the gym and weight lifting because my soccer (and dance) career never incorporated gym work and weight lifting; it was all about drills and cardio. Additionally, Ms. T taught me the importance of being intentional with my goals and creating a lifestyle and environment that will ensure success in achieving my goals. I quickly learned that committing to the gym (while juggling everyday life) is possible when you have a schedule that maintains a balance between working hard and having breaks for my physical, emotional, and mental well being. After a short two months of working with Tahlia, I noticed improvement in my agility, in my strength, in my form, and I was back at running a mile in under 12 minutes. I lost about 15 - 20 lbs during my time of working with Tahlia for over a year. Now, I am comfortable and confident with weight training independently and being familiar with the gym (and utilizing gym equipment.) I’m also confident and more knowledgeable about fueling my body with healthy eating, and managing a well balanced lifestyle that works for me.

Tahli is a great experienced trainer! She works with your schedule and helps you reach your fitness goals. If you want a trainer to biggest supporter she’s your girl! Come train with her ! I’ve trained with her for about a year and haven’t looked anywhere else

Coach T (Tahlia) is a trainer I enjoyed working with. From day one she was very welcoming and her workouts were something I looked forward to. T always had good energy during classes and she encourages you to push yourself. One of my favorites!

Tahli Time is amazing! Tahlia pushed me each week, helping me build in strength but also in confidence. She focused on both physical and mental health, and was always attentive and supportive. Highly recommend if you are looking for someone to hold you accountable with your fitness goals!

I started working out with Tahlia April of 2024, prior to working out with Tahlia I had been on and off with my fitness journey and decided to give a trainer a try. I had my first class and she was so welcoming, so was everyone else. The facility felt like a family and I loved the workout. I continued to go back 3/4 times a week and specifically wanted to work with Tahlia. Almost a year later and my body has transformed, she made working out and fitness something that felt like an everyday part of my life and I am so grateful for her!

Oh my goodness! Where can I start! Tahlia is amazing and knowledgeable. She creates workouts based off your desires of what you are wanting. She holds you accountable for your own journey, but will be there to support you and provide several resources. She is going to push you through every workout.
