The guys at Summit Climbing Gym are top notch. They run a tight ship and are on top of their game in fitness in general. Ive spoken with Adam, a mgr there numerous times and you can tell he's a master of his craft. No matter your skill level, the staff will get you where you want to be. Do yourself a favor and check them out.

Great place!! Very kind staff and walls were great! However if you go in busy hours it will take some time to rotate climbing but is well worth it. I also happen to do a Yoga class while I was there, I got to relax for a bit ! Have fun time !!

We love the dallas location but had a terrible experience at the Carrollton location. The staff was very unfriendly and rude. One of the employees actually shouted at one of the kids that we were with because he was not giving him his name quick enough to enter into the computer. The vibe was really bad and they had terrible ible customer service. And the gym is not nearly as large as the one in dallas. All in all, steer clear of the Carrollton location and staff!

The Staff at Summit Carrolton was: highly patronizing, rude, confrontational, and unprofessional. I have gone to this place since it had been called Exposure and through Summit's numerous changes. Summit Carrolton in 2018 is the most horrible indoor rock climbing experience I've ever had. I used to have a membership with this gym when I lived close to the galleria. Super sad to see it run like this.

We love our Summit memberships. My wife and I climb multiple times a week and it's great that we can climb at any of the Summit locations all over DFW.

Clean bathrooms, and the people here are cool. Guy at the front desk helped give me some tips on stretching my arms and how to properly warmup. If you'd like a shallow review from a guy though; the girls here are hot.

It is not a very climber friendly gym,it’s a kid party spot. I’ve been to 50 gyms around the world and this is the only places I’ve been yelled at for taking off my shirt - no sports bras no shirtless men no fun! Get some good A/C and renovate the place and it might be worth it but now don’t bother go to North Texas Outdoor pursuit instead.

I was severely disappointed with the yoga here. Before class started, the male teacher bad-mouthed a woman who had complained about him to management. Poor etiquette, especially coming from a yoga teacher! Then, during class, he referenced his "nuts" with a joke about a certain pose. Another student later told me that this teacher makes the same joke EVERY TIME he teaches that pose. Ugh! The yoga studio is also noisy and you can hear people slamming weights down on the ceiling. I didn't climb here, but as far as the yoga goes, I would not recommend it.

Great location for indoor climbing! They change the routes consistently and are very helpful to new and experience climbers. There is no intimidation from the staff for beginners.

Staff was really helpful and kind. This gym has a large bouldering wall with routes clearly defined. If you're looking to climb with a rope, they have another area set up with autobelays if you don't have a partner. Really great place for families!

Love it here!
Prices are great, bouldering is fantastic and diverse and the top rope is fun.

Staff are fantastic, friendly and helpful.

Only problem here is the hours. They open at 11 so I don't have a chance to go before work and the close kinda early too. Hopefully they'll be able to open earlier in the future!!

I have lived in the neighborhood for 6 years and didn't know this place existed. I ended up here because of a 6 year old birthday party my son attended. Wow, those kids had a GREAT time. I've never seen anything like it. The staff was very helpful, patient, and even instructed some of the parents in the bouldering area on some basic climbing skills. Can't wait to go back.

My favorite place to go work out! They change their walls up quite frequently, the place is spotlessly clean, and the employees are helpful. Their walls have a great range of challenge levels so that novices and experienced climbers will both have a great time.

Climbing walls are varied in terms of difficulty and the bouldering section, while isn't very large, uses the space intelligently and is a lot of fun. A lot of open space and large rooms off to the side provide comfort and versatility and the exercise equipment is always helpful!

The gym has become 80% bouldering 20% top rope. They have decent bouldering routes but if you are looking for a place nearby to do top rope go to silos in downtown Carrollton. If you have a little more time go to the Summit Gym in Grapevine.

This gym has really made great improvements in the past year. The management has done quite well to fix a lot of problems. I raised my rating from three to 4 stars. My first issue for not granting 5 stars is the route setting: They don't change the routes often enough and the "intern" settings are putting up boring stuff. It gets redundant. Another issue is that the staff insists on belayers anchoring into the ground. This is almost never done by experienced climbers outside (nobody I know at all in climbing does this). The staff actually learn your name and the unlimited classes that come with the membership is pretty sweet. I wish ClimbFit was part of the membership. The gym is always kept clean. The yoga teachers know what they're doing. Good job Summit. Keep it up!
