This place is the most family environment gym I’ve had the pleasure to be a part of. Coach Autymn is so dedicated to each and every member and has the biggest heart you will ever find. The members are great to work with and help each other and it’s a special bond between each coach and every member. Wow! It has been an incredible journey, even at close to age 70! From the attention and advice I received during Coach Michael's training sessions to the support I received during group classes, I have progressed, increasing my stability and overall strength. Oh how I miss this place. I was a loyal member of this club I called home until I moved to Canada. Yours truly “there is no place like home”. Rob is awesome and has a wealth of knowledge in fitness! The location is great because it’s close to home for me. His choice in music that reverberates through the nearby neighborhoods makes it easy for you to push through your workouts and feel like you can be there another two hours. Add a BANG energy drink and throw them weights around all day!

I love this place! I’ve been to a lot of gyms that focus on functional fitness. But Rob is focused on the functionality of fitness AND keeping you from getting hurt. He is all about technique first moving weight second. He’s Very good with nutrition and weight loss. But let me be clear, weight as in fat loss! Not just a number on the scale. It is possible following the nutritional steps along with excercise to stay strong and lose fat. I’m down to 255 from 276. I’m still strong and I have a lot more endurance. The man Rob At transcend fitness has been a blessing. If you wanna go to planet fitness where they have pizza and donuts on the front desk when you walk in, Go Ahead. But you are gonna look like you go to planet fitness where they have pizza and donuts on the front desk when you walk in! If you want to achieve real fitness goals, push yourself past your physical and mental limits safely then go to transcend fitness! His mom and dad are some very nice stand up people also! #gettranscended!

We work out in this facility as part of Warrior Fitness Center. Both gyms are excellent and accepting of people at every fitness level. As far as Transcend itself, the owner is an extremely motivated person and he truly cares about everyone who goes there. He even takes time to acknowledge the members of Warrior Fitness when he sees them. During a recent closure of our gym during the holidays, Rob allowed a few of our members to jump in and work out with his classes free of charge. I highly recommend giving this place a try.
