Considering it been a year since the incident and I have NEVER received a call back.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE FOR SUMMER CAMPS.
The teacher to kid ratio is unacceptable.
Last year my 6 year old was touched inappropriately by an older boy. When I called to express my concern they said they would look into it and call me back. That never happened. Then they refused to refund me when I pulled her out of the program.
Like why would I continue to put my child in harms way by bringing her here?
I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE.

I am deeply disappointed by the academy's decision to exclude children with autism from their programs, especially when parents are willing to provide additional support during classes. This stance not only undermines the principles of inclusion but also disregards the potential benefits of a diverse learning environment.

Autistic children, like all students, deserve the opportunity to learn and grow in an environment that recognizes and accommodates their unique needs. By refusing to allow these children to participate, the academy is sending a harmful message that they are not welcome or valued.

It's disheartening to see an institution that should champion diversity and inclusion instead choose to segregate and exclude. I hope the academy will reconsider its policies and work towards creating a more inclusive environment for all students

Not enough coaches for the number of kids they have in each class.

Great place! What an awesome learning experience where kids may have fun, & making friends. My daughter loves going to the gym & have been attending camp as well. Coaches are friendly, caring & I like that family may watch.

We had a kid’s fifth birthday party here. The kids like jumping in the foam pit, a climbing wall, balance beams, and all kinds of other stuff. 1 1/2 hour time slots for parties. An hour in the gym and a half hour for cake and food in the lobby area. We had the place to ourselves which was nice. It’s cheaper to rent then many other birthday venues in the area and way more private. You get 15 mins to set up and break down time is pretty prompt. The staff helper was nice.

I signed up my toddler for parent and tot class and was very disappointed. Cancelled the membership within two weeks. First of all, this place is VERY disgusting. The gym has not been cleaned for years. It’s so bad that it’s concerning. They have camps and have so many kids over every friday for parents night out but they never clean. I am pretty sure they have enough money to hire cleaners. I am speaking up so that the kids will not get sick there. If one of my kids went there I’d want to check the premises, which i did and they weren’t going to do anything about the dirtiness so I pulled my 3 year old out. The teacher they had for the parent and tot class kept complaining about her foot being hurt and couldn’t even teach our kids.

Signed up for the preschool co-Ed class with Dezerie. The kids wandered and talked a lot, looking like they needed more direction or another coach to guide them. After class, Dezerie told my family there were more kids than usual and she had her 3 “advanced regulars”, and my child needed to focus more and told us to ask the front desk for another class. Then backtracked by saying she realizes it’s her job to keep the kids focused, and doesn’t mind if she stays in her class. To which she followed with,” she really needs to work on bars.” This is solely based on the fact the first go at the bars, she did everything right except one exercise where she was to straighten her arms instead of bend them (she had learned that from a previous class and assumed that was what they were doing) she then fixed it the next go-around. Apparently the one misinterpretation meant she needed a ton of practice. It was as if she was trying to find a reason for us not to be in her class. These are 3-4 year olds, and isn’t even an advanced class. Dezerie was unprofessional, clearly had favorites, and made my child and myself uncomfortable/unwelcome to return. Thankful for Tatum who understood and didn’t force us to continue having class with her or at that facility. Really disappointed.

We use to do Tumble Tech and loved it. Then my work schedule changed and we eventually got our daughter going to Mega Gym, which we didn't like the instructor. After checking around to every gym to look for something new and that fit our schedule, we found TAG. It came recommended by one of my sons friends moms too who use to be a competitive gymnast herself. The mom said this was the best gym in the area and thats why she has her 9 year old there. My daughter loves TAG. She would attend every day if she could and she likes her instructor (unlike the one she had at MG). We have been happy with our experience so far.

We attended a birthday party here and the set-up was great. The kids went inside the gym area and were able to do a number of things from climbing a rock wall, walking on balancing beams, jumping in a foam square pit, running up an obstacle and more. The place is smaller than I thought it would be, but was a good size that doesn't get you lost. There's a water fountain which is great too and a cubbie for shoes. We know a couple of kids who come here for gymnastics classes and they love it. Plenty of banners and trophies all over the place.

We went here for a birthday party. They did a great job of coaching the children, while allowing them to play across the full gym. They were great with the kids and the adults trying to get everyone involved in the fun.

TAG is a great environment for our kids, with an awesome staff, and excellent facilities. Our daughter attended the after school program for a year and she really enjoyed herself. She has made many friends and excellent memories there. Her interests have changed so she wants to pursue something else now, otherwise we would have maintained her enrollment there. She had a great experience, never any complaints. From our experience I would recommend TAG for any of their programs. TAG Team, thank you for being so personable and caring while teaching and taking care of our daughter.
