I’ve had several wonderful trainers. I’m training with Glenn now and have made huge progress in strength and overall health in my joints. This health center has given me hope in continuing total mobility as I move into my 60s.

The staff are friendly and helpful, they will try their best to answer any questions you may have. I love coming to this gym cause they offer free workout classes throughout the week. The locker rooms are also well kept and clean.

Megan is the best trainer i've ever had. If you want results like losing body fat, and gain muscle mass, she should be the look you look for. also the front desk is incredibly responsive and quick to solve any issues that you may have

This place will spam you to death. Made the mistake of giving them my email/phone. What do they not understand about not answering their calls or texts & blocking them? They just call or text from different phone numbers. I wouldn’t go there if they paid me.
