This was my first time getting back into the swing of things. I am always surprised how much my body remembers. Barbara, the owner and instructor, is patient and friendly. Every time she says breathe 🧘🏻‍♀️ It makes me feel like I’ve achieved an entirely different pose even if I’m still in the same one. Thanks Ms. Barbara!
