Misfit Strength is more than a "Gym". We are a beacon for those who are looking to improve themselves mentally and physically while challenging themselves beyond their comfort zone. We are truly a family and supportive community to each other. We pride ourselves on our level of our knowledge and ability to educate our community on the importance of training with a purpose rather than following trending “workouts of the day”. Our Instructors are knowledgeable and highly-skilled in various training disciplines including, Sports Performance, Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), Conjugate Method Training, as well as, general fitness and weight-loss.

I've been training with Byron for 10 years and this is definitely a place to come if you want to become mentally and physically stronger. All the coaches are extremely experienced, knowledgeable, and committed to helping everyone become a better version of themselves. This is the only place I train at and it's for a good reason! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Matt, Byron, and Chris are probably some of the most welcoming, committed, and experienced coaches that I have ever worked out with. They are dependable, positive, and supportive.
My sessions are personalized, challenging, and varied, but that’s not why I continue to come back. I come back because this group of coaches has created so much more than a gym. They have created a community.
A community of Misfits who laugh together, SWEAT together, encourage each other, celebrate gains, but mostly support one another in this journey of simply being better than we were yesterday. It’s no wonder they’ve grown into a second location!
It’s crazy to think that I’ve been conditioning with Matt for 10 months but that is exactly what I have done.
Because of his guidance, I hold myself accountable. I make better choices. I show up and I put in the work.

Byron and his team will unleash the athlete in everyone. True family vibe with top notch trainers and very well maintained equipment. If you got an injury and aren’t sure how to get back moving (like I was) they’ll modify your workouts to condition and rehab you back to where you used to be and then strengthen you so you can go even further than before. I love it here.

I worked with the owner (Byron) before my pregnancy, throughout, and afterwards. Not only did he tailor the workouts to ensure my ever-changing goals were met, but he helped me safely reduce my Diastasis recti. Byron and his team are amazing. I started with them a few months ago, just wanting to get back active and it has quickly turned into a lifestyle. They make the workouts simple to understand but very effective. In the short time that I’ve been training with them I not only have lost fat and gained muscle but I also have been more discipline and effective in areas outside of the gym.
