I went to one of their classes on Friday with Claudia and was amazing. It is a spacious room, very clean and peaceful. Great view, the lights add an amazing ambience during late classes. Easy to park too.

As someone who loves yoga, the very first thing I had to do after moving to Houston was find a yoga studio. When I took my first yoga class at Atrium, I was so happy because I loved the studio’s atmosphere and the instructors’ classes. Each class is so well-prepared, and the professionalism of the teachers is truly impressive—it makes me want to attend every day. The instructors are also so sweet and attentive, and they always make me feel welcomed. It's amazing to be able to take great classes from teachers who truly love yoga. I highly, highly recommend it to anyone who loves yoga.

Love Love Love Atrium Yoga! This space and the people who make it a community are just beautiful. I'm learning that life is better with yoga. Their full schedule of offerings here suits all needs and levels, no matter what the day (and even the on-demand classes are great when I can't make it in), and the instructors here are absolutely incredible - kind, calming, expert cueing, great class construction. I continually find myself amazed at the positions they guide me to achieve. Haven't felt this great in years! Plus, it's a great value.

I’ve been taking private lessons at The Atrium Yoga with Nicole, and I truly can’t say enough good things about the experience. I’m completely in love with it.
Nicole is incredible—so attentive, so knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me grow in my practice. She pays close attention to every detail, gently corrects my form when needed, and makes sure that I’m learning and moving in a way that supports my body. I always feel safe, supported, and encouraged in her classes.
As someone living with fibromyalgia, movement can be tricky—and honestly, intimidating. But since starting yoga with Nicole, my body feels stronger, more open, and more at ease than it has in years. Her approach is thoughtful and intuitive, and she’s helped me find a flow that feels both healing and empowering. I leave every session feeling better—physically and mentally.
Also? The space itself is a dream. The Atrium is so calm, so clean, and so beautifully designed—it instantly puts you in a peaceful headspace. It truly feels like a sanctuary in the middle of the city.
If you’re considering private yoga or just looking for a studio that honors the mind-body connection, this is the place. I can’t imagine my life without it now.

Atrium is a place that feels like home the moment you step through the door. The space is clean, bright, and spacious. The teachers are kind and thoughtful and the classes are always intentional and creative. It's also a studio that meets you exactly where you are, there are no expectations - just simply a place where you can reconnect with yourself, a place where you can move and breathe freely.

This dreamy place will offer you everything you want and more!
--Parking is located in the back.-- There are several studio rooms that are all on the second floor.
Ooh where do I start? They had me when I walked in and smelled the amazing, intoxicating incense with one of the owners greeting me, Jennifer Yuhas, who is so friendly and a cute, white ganesh statue at the entrance....the place is such a vibe really!
* Instructors are friendly, attentive, offer assistance and each have their own unique teaching style. They do not judge and have amazing attention to detail. I also love that they emphasize breathing. You will connect with them instantly.
*You will achieve your fitness goals. I know I've lost inches in just one month. I feel leaner. I eat better. I sleep better. 'Nuff said.
* They offer a variety of classes so whether you need a soft, gentle stretch on a lazy Sunday morning or a strength work out on a Wednesday -- they have it all. I especially love restorative yoga.
* The communication is great - they will know your name, offer you support and if you need to cancel, you do get both an e-mail and text confirmation (if its 2 hours or more prior, you will be reassured that you are not going to be charged).
*They treat everyone with the same respect and care. This is huge. I have been to maaaany studios since....2012/2013-ish and I noticed instructors offering support and attention to certain people. I assure you, this does not happen at The Atrium.
Some instructors that really stood out to me (although they are all amazing) were Jennifer, Austin, Gabby and Mathew. I have been told Madonna is super awesome, however I have not had the opportunity to try her classes yet.....that is on the list though!
Oh, The Atrium, you have my heart!

The flow of the session was smooth and well-structured, making it easy to follow along even for beginners. Austin's instructions were clear and easy to understand, which helped me stay focused and confident throughout the practice. He was incredibly helpful, offering adjustments and modifications to ensure everyone felt comfortable. His friendly and approachable demeanor created a welcoming atmosphere that made the class enjoyable. Highly recommend taking a class with Austin!

What a beautiful studio. I live in Fl and work in TX and need yoga in my life. I signed up for the new customer $50 for a month special. It pays for itself in 2 visits! Rafferty greeted me for my first appointment and couldn't possibly have been more welcoming and kind. I was only able to stay for half of the class and didn't want to disturb class but he was so kind and assured me I could sneak out and I was so grateful! I would definitely buy the membership if I lived in TX.

The energy & atmosphere from the actual space to all the staff here is so so special. “Yoga from the heart” is really so obvious in any of the classes or interactions at the studio.
Every instructor is knowledgeable & wonderful and has such a familiar essence to feel like you are welcomed & family instantly.
The actual studio is gorgeous, lots of natural light. The sunset peering in the room during class is so so special.
Lots of easy parking. They use MINDBODY for class registration, or in person. They have blocks, straps, blankets, and bolsters to use.

I took classes at the Atrium during a time of real difficulty in my life and kept me connected spiritually to my body and mind. While it was a short stint, I took classes with almost every instructor and I'll give a small review of my favorites:
AJ - guides you through challenging and original sequences that will make you feel strong and beautiful.
Taitum - provides gentle flows that will leave you feeling extra bendy.
Jessica - has one of the best Yin classes I've ever taken in my life. You can fully relax and let yourself go.
Madonna & Jen - The queens of Vinyasa. while they both have different styles, their sequences are totally original and wonderful to follow. They're classes are always almost full -- and for good reason!!
I hope to come visit again when I'm in town!! Hands-down, one of the best yoga studios and community in Houston

Great first time experience. I was greeted by the instructor SO warmly. I chose to share about my previous experience, missing a class due to not knowing where the studio was exactly and was assured that they would try to accommodate my month trial to start the day I found the studio. I totally understand if I am not accommodated but simply making an effort to, shows such attention to detail. The prices are so fair, the setting was gorgeous--facing the sunset and I thoroughly enjoyed the props and tools used.

This is such a great yoga studio! I joined a year and a half ago, and shame on me for just now giving them a 5 star review, because I was hooked on this place from the very first class. All of the instructors are high-quality, and each class is different in the sense that you never do the same routine, but the classes are all consistent. I have made far more progress at this studio than I have anywhere else. I would highly recommend this place. The yoga is the best.
Also, it is conveniently located, very affordable, and has plenty of parking. You can't go wrong here!
Beyond classes, this studio has Yoga Teacher Training, yoga retreats, specialty seminars, and other unique offerings. They foster a great community here.

I love this place! It has such a calm and serene feeling. The teachers are lovely. My favorite is Jessica’s YIN classes. The Sunday slow and steady is fabulous.

I dont leave reviews very often. But this place deserves it. Hands down my favorite studio ive been to thus far. If i wasnt already in love, my experience tonight would have sold me. Gabby went above and beyond. I experience a lot of pain with sciatica as well as carpal tunnel (woes of being a hairdresser) but she was so kind and considerate and checked on me every step of the way. Even did some background research to see if there was anything i could do at home to help that i havent already been doing. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ALL LEVELS OF YOGIS! One of the many reasons i do yoga is for relief and they never once made me feel like i was in the wrong place. <3<3<3

Hoping to be back soon but safety protocols left me uneasy with the latest COVID surge. There was not a masking mandate in place any longer and no markers for mat placement. The teachers will welcome you, get to know you, and be incredibly inclusive. I had never done yoga and they made me feel very comfortable. It’s a bit confusing to find - when you arrive at the address off Westheimer, you have to go park in the back of the building and walk into the 3733 building! Look no further. Just. Go.
If you want a Yoga Studio which embodies yoga thru and thru- in terms of ambiance, feel, vibes, nature, intention, and physical practice- THIS IS YOUR PLACE.
I moved back to Houston in 2013 and I have BEEN WAITING for a yoga HOME. I was lost and now am found. Located off of Westheimer, you walk into an unassumingly peaceful building only to be greeted warmly by the yoga instructors who take the time to talk to you and get to you know you- when you get into the actual yoga space you will be flooded with sun light glistening through the large oak trees which encompass the perimeter. I must say all the yoga instructors are simply fantastic- Jen and Madonna have created a strong down to earth culture at their studio - I leave with a good work out and deep sense of connection to myself. I crave my sessions at the Atrium and feel WHOLE every time I leave. My favoriate jam is going in on a Tuesday at 4 pm- doing a restorative + meditation class followed by a flow class- I literally leave feeling like I went to the spa- I am a fan for LIFE!!

I am new to yoga and out of serendipity I checked out their pop-up class in November before their opening in December. I was immediately greeted by co-owner Jen and her radiant energy! The vinyasa flow class was instructive and rejuvenating! The space has storage with minimal decor, which do not distract from the core spirit of the spirit. I have since become a member and attend classes at least 2x/week. They also offer array of other more personalized classes to meet individual needs. I high recommend everyone to pop in for a class and be part of a transforming community!
