Although this studio is not as convenient as I wish it was, I love love love the classes I have taken here. The instructors are so motivating, enthusiastic and downright enjoyable! I only wish I lived closer but my husband said we aren’t moving😜

Bar Method is definitely one of my studio homes! I starting my intern process with them while performing with Dallas Black Dance Theatre (Encore) last season! Bar Method has changed my life, and continues to do so with each class! I recently had surgery on my right ankle November 3rd, 2022! Bar Method has served as my Physical Thearpy process and I was able to return to ballet on Scholarship February 5th! Thank you Bar Metjod for making me a better man and dancer! I recommend taking classes here 2-3 times a week, if you come more than that………………haha well you’ll just thank me later ;)

I’ve been taking Bar for a little over 2 years now and there’s been a massive change in my body during this journey. As a professional dancer I’ve developed more strength in my deep muscles which has resulted in sculpted surface muscles over time. I have more energy throughout the day after a workout and I feel aligned standing on my 2 feet. I’m beyond grateful for the Bar Method.

The staff haev been so friendly and helpful. The classes are amazing and i really feel like I have been pushed to grow stronger with each class. The results in a month have also been obvious with my posture, my core, my strength, and my muscle definition. So happy to have been invited to a class!!

Feels like my second home! It is clean, innovative, and consistent. The teachers are so friendly and genuinely care about their clients’ well being. Member for life! Also, my husband tells everyone that bar method is the reason I had such an easy pregnancy, labor, and recovery. Their method kept me healthy and in shape throughout my pregnancy.

I love the Bar Method!!! Their online zoom classes have been a life saver during COVID-19!! The teachers give clear instructions on how to do each exercise, and thier verbal corrections are great! I try to attend six days a week and I have never felt stronger!!!

After having back surgery years ago I searched for an exercise program that would work for me, challenge me and most importantly be safe for me The bar method has been a blessing in my life. It’s not easy but the rewards are many. It’s part of my life now. I look forward to the classes and during this pandemic they have brought classes into our home via Zoom. The teachers and staff are knowledgeable, professional, kind and considerate. I’ve found a home at the bar method!

Bar Method has improved my quality of life. Prior to to beginning classes three years ago, I had chronic back pain and made frequent visits to the chiropractor. I knew exercise would be helpful, but until discovering Bar Method, I would get bored with other routines. The combination of an amazing team of trainers and the mind body exercises that continue to challenge one’s desire for mastery, make it a lifelong asset. It’s become my happy place. Over three years, my posture, flexibility and balance have improved immensely. It’s greatly reduced my pain and I haven’t had a back adjustment in years. At age 45, I have more energy and strength than I did 10 years ago!

I absolutely adore The Bar Method. I have tried every workout possible and have never found one that is (a) as effective (b) as safe for joints and muscles and (c) consistent in leaning out and growing muscles. Not to mention that the staff and studio are warm, welcoming, and calm at all times. I would 10/10 recommend The Bar Method to a friend of any age (I believe the youngest is 16, and I've seen clients at TBM well into their 80's and loving it!) So thankful I found this studio.

I absolutely love The Bar Method! I look more toned and I see a big improvement in my flexibility. The instructors are very helpful and encouraging during class. The classes are challenging and I feel like I'm getting a very good workout. I highly recommend The Bar Method.

I can’t say enough great things about Bar Method. After two kids and working full-time, I have finally found a workout I really enjoy. It truly is a total body workout. I recently hit my 100 class mark and I really see a difference in my body toning, posture and flexibility. The owner and teachers are amazing. They care about their clients. The Bar Method stands out by far from similar workout studios.

LOVE, LOVE LOVE going to class here. I started out doing Barre in 2004 with videos from Burr Leonard and also the Lotte Berk Method. These classes are as close at it gets to the original but with updates on better ways to tone and sculpt our bodies. It is ALWAYS challenging...which is why I go. Great classes, AMAZING instructors that help you with form!!! LOVE them....
