We are a fitness studio focusing on private, small group, and group training. Our trained and certified instructors uphold a standard of safety based on proper body mechanics, form, and posture. We strive to improve your balance and reduce fall risk.
We are Medical Exercise and Functional Aging Specialists who can meet your post-rehab needs and get you back into fitness after an injury or illness.
We use body weight, ballet barre, dumbbells, bar bells, TRX, Step, Foam Rollers. Flexibility, Strength, and Endurance are the focus of our training.
We welcome all ages, gender and fitness levels by specializing in individual programming and attention.
