Matt is the utmost professional, patient, caring, and service oriented.

I learned so much in our hand gun training, that will benefit me the rest of my time.

So excited to buy a gun now and feel safe.

I wasn't impressed how this coach elevated himself and abilities compared to the rest of the workout/xfit community. I have heard this coach is amazing, that is never an excuse to act in arrogance.

Lots of weights and workout options, and there is always a workout of the day as well as a warmup and a modified version. Friendly encouraging and present staff, and there are also yoga and food blocking classes you can take. Love it!

Bodylab is amazing! I just finished up the women's 6 week challenge and have already signed up to continue training there. All of the coaches are friendly but will push you to get better. The atmosphere is awesome too, everyone is supportive and cheers you on! Would recommend to anyone!

I recommend this gym to anyone who is serious about fitness and who loves the feeling of camaraderie. The friendly coaches are able to get to know each individual and work on their individual needs, as well as push you to succeed beyond your own expectations. The coaches and others working out make you feel included regardless of what your fitness level its. It is an experience I have not felt elsewhere. I am happy I found it. What I appreciate most about the coaching/training at Bodylab Crossfit is the organization. Any coach I happen to work with knows the names of each person and what they need assistance with. These coaches are knowledgeable about fitness. They know which exercises are best, which form to use, and are willing to work with you to readjusting form to make sure until you are doing the exercise correctly. I need that and I love that they know how to make sure I get the best work out.
Another aspect of this gym that I find useful is that the membership includes not only group training, but personal training, a diet plan and even shopping trips as well. The gym owner Matt scheduled a time that worked with my schedule for a diet class where he drafted a diet plan to help me reach my goals, answered all the questions I had AND even took us as a group on a shopping trip so that we could find the right things to buy within our budget and diet plan.
I enjoy this gym, and I am happy to be a member. I hope the reader of this review gives Bodylab Crossfit a try and likes it as much as I do.

My sister-in-law Introduced me to The Body Lab in 2014 and I couldn't be happier. I’m 47 now and stronger, more flexible, faster, and healthier than I have been in many years. I recently took advantage of their White Board Nutrition program and lost 33 lbs. in less than three months. A big THANK YOU to my trainer & nutritional coach Matt Murski for educating me with the best approach to understanding food and its effect on the body and for being only a text or phone call away when I have that Oreo craving and need to know how to eat it and optimize.. He truly cares about individual success and has been extremely instrumental in my weight loss….So have the coaches been instrumental in my success.

I can’t say enough about the coaching and camaraderie. The coaches are second to none. They want to see success from each member and ensure that everyone is challenged in a safe and motivated environment.

Also, the class size doesn’t ever seem to matter, although they keep the classes pretty small, It’s a very large facility with more than enough space, equipment and enough coaches which allows for more personal attention from the coaching staff. Something that is truly valuable when difficult movements are involved (Thrusters, snatches, and the bear complex).

And lastly the camaraderie at The Body Lab makes for a fun and enjoyable workout.

After 2 plus years at The Body Lab I still look forward to the WOD.

Big thanks to the ownership, coaching staff, and the other athletes for making this such a great place.

I gave myself a birthday present this year, I lost 59 pounds in 6 months. I did it for my health and quality of life. The saying its 80% diet and 20% gym is accurate. I tried to out train a bad diet and just gained more weight, unhealthy fat around my abdomen. Sugar and processed foods were a formidable foe. I want to be in the best shape I can be as I age because of the limits I see my parents and others face with illness and aging. On June 10th I started this journey at 224.2 lbs. and 28.5 % BF. As of this morning I was 165.4 lbs. and 17.9 % BF. ( 12/23/15 ) The one thing I enjoy the most about being health conscience is there is always room for improvement. I"ve got some things I would like to improve on, so its progress not perfection and I am not in a race. It will happen when it happens. In the mean time I am eating clean and changing the landscape of aging. I could have never done this alone so I want to give credit to my trainer & nutritional coach Matt Murski with Whiteboard Nutrition for the best approach to understanding food and its affect on the body. I am only one of many success stories coming out of his camp. He truly cares about individual success and has been instrumental in my weight loss. His unique perspective on food is worth investigating as the life it could save might be your own. It changed mine! β€”

Just started going here a few months ago and am 100% happy with my decision. The coaches are great and you get much more out of it than just an hour work out. Highly recommend as the best one in College Station after having tried 4 of them.

I tried other crossfit gyms which where similar exercises, but I really like more here because they put way more attention one than the other. I really recommend it is fun and intense.

I started with the Lab in March 2013 and have grown so much in all aspects of Crossfit. The coaches are amazing and the athletes are awesome to work out with. Every day is a different challenge and everyone there pushes you to do your best. I would highly recommend this box to anyone - no matter their fitness level.

Although I am new to Crossfit...(ok new to physical activity in general) the crossfit approach really is revolutionary. It has been around for longer than you think, but the concept of actually liking to exercise was something I laughed at - no possible I said. After less than 30 days, I am eating my words, with the support of the BodyLab trainers, I really do enjoy showing up to do the workout of the day, its always random, and if you did some portion of it 2 weeks ago, you likely can do it even better now! The body is an amazing thing. I would not hesitate to recommend the BodyLab to someone who is totally out of shape, and never done a single push-up in their life, the BodyLab can get you WAY past the old you, and into an awesome life changing NEW you
