I love the workers and the trainers their.
My coach Garrett is helping me to train to be able to do powerlifting competitions. I know through Garrett i dont have a doubt in my mind that he can help me achieve my goals.
He is an awesome dude who loves working with people in training to become powerlifters and world strongest.
I love the fella for all that he does and how he is helping me out.
I wanna give a big shout out to Teresa Welch for her love for people. Every time she sees someone, she always has a big smile and hug. She really makes the environment a really enjoyable and loving place to be. Teresa has one of the most kindest hearts I have ever seen. She always has a smile on her face.
I have literally have witnessed the ladies she trains and these ladies she trains are tough as nails.
I also wanna give a big shout out to the owner and the front desk people. They are really great and awesome people to be around with.

Iβve had an absolutely incredible experience at Metro flex I joined a month ago and have consistently been going for the past four weeks. The crowd is absolutely stunning. Everyone is pushing each other to work harder not to mention the staff is absolutely incredible. Especially the main staff worker Trey is there every single day and is willing to help you out in every single way possible, not only does he manage the front desk but he also offers hospitality in anyway you can imagine . The gym is incredibly blessed and pushes you to be your best self. Trey also makes great meals and knows his shit when it comes to macros and growing muscle quickly and efficiently. There are also amazing trainings working with everyone throughout the day. This gym has all you can imagine when it comes to weightlifting, cardio, boxing, mma, tanning (you can workout outside with your shirt off) Join as soon as possible.

They usually have Amazing deals on membership. Low pressure gym with tons of great Strength training equipment. Very friendly environment but also has some serious and amazing trainers. Many different classes and trainers available. Everything from Viking Combat, MMA, Boxing, Strength training, and so many more. I personally recommend the Viking Combat training with Will Barlow every Wednesday Evening 6:00pm and Saturday afternoon 1:00pm. The owners are amazing people who are whole heartedly dedicated to helping you on your fitness and strength goals.

Old school feel gym. It's got a character/atmosphere that I've never experienced before. Everyone here is so supportive and kind regardless of fitness experience or whether you're just beginning your journey or a pro bodybuilder. They don't care! They'll support and help you out with any questions you may have. They also have a boxing, MMA, and BJJ gym inside if you wanna knock out two things at once. Let's just say it's not being maintained and if you are immuno comprised don't come into this gym πͺ there are obvious concerns with little to no wiping down or spray to use. It's sad to see the brand of Metroflex disappearing through the years.

Awesome gym!!! I came through town and felt the need to get in some training. Easy transaction at the front and 10 bucks is a perfectly reasonable price for a day pass. The environment is great too! (Kinda dungeon style but not run down like most are.). MORE than enough equipment, lots of space, plenty of fans to keep you cool, and good music thatβs at a perfect volume. (Low enough that you can communicate with a lifting buddy, and high enough to keep you hype while covering your grunts/yelps/hollers) 11 out of 10, Iβll definitely be back when I come through FW again!

Itβs a great hardcore gym with everything you need, good oldschool machines and great atmosphere.
The only downfall is that some of the heavier dumbells (100lb+) are bend and therefore not really usable or simply the weight is not written on them so itβs really hard to find a pair of them sometimes.

The equipment is elite/pro level.
Massive space dedicated to every type of lifter and fitness level.
Wonderful and kind owners that live the lifestyle and are constantly on the floor alongside you supporting your goals.
Trainers that are professional and cover any type of training needs or wants.
For a small fee compared to other gyms you get access to the same time and equipment that the elites train and smash records with.
Garrett Denham is a terrific coach and great guy in 10 months took a guy who could only deadlift 140 and has him pulling 385.

Hands down the best gym in the DFW area. I started going here to set new goals and achievements. Not has that happen here. I also have created a lifetime of friendships and family here. You have plenty of motivation here. Also no one will ever judge you for what you look like. Or your level of training. Everyone will be more than willing to assist you. It's just a regular gym. Why pay $40 dollars a month when planet fitness charges $10??? Just to say you workout at the castle? Plus planet fitness stays open 24/7. The castle does not. Plus there's only one castle.
