Love to come and workout here, but the men's restroom needs some serious attention. Trash is always full and overflowing. No hand soap, and there's always a sour smell. I only ever see one female employee tending to the gym and the women's restroom. It'd be nice to have the men's cared for as well.

I have been working out here for a while. If you need a trainer highly recommend Alex Moreno. I have suffered from various shoulder issues for years and his training has been a life saver. He pays a great attention to your form and makes sure it’s done in an effective yet safe manner. I almost never see trainers that have the experience as well as passion as he does.

Great gym but please bring back fitness classes again like Zumba and Body Blast. I currently have a membership here and at planet fitness next door. I haven’t cancelled my membership at the edge because I’m still hopeful they will bring back the fitness classes.

All the equipment at this gym is in great shape but some knuckleheads keep breaking the mirrors in the workout room. Some new workout mats could also be useful.

Pros:
Great environment, great location, great place to weight train, good prices, decent gym people, and decent owner.

Cons:
Cardio machines are either outdated or broken, and some machines stay broken for months.

When it’s busy it’s hard to do anything especially when some people hog multiple machines at once.

I am new to the area, and used to both amazing gyms, and poor quality gyms. This is an amazing gym! It is small, but stacked with anything and everything I need. The people there are working towards their goals, and there is little bs or people there just to socialize. This is my first gym experience. Matt has done a wonderful job of making this Saginaw gem a great experience. He is a wealth of knowledge and will answer any of your questions. It is clean, people are thoughtful and there is alot of variety in a workout. It is 24 hours and staffed 1/2 of that time. I am lucky to live very close.

If your looking for some fancy gym then keep on looking. It's clean, 24hr and you can't beat the price for what you get. They also have deals for veterans, bonus I'm a vet. You can find a trainer there if that's what you need. They have easy to use video classes for yoga, spin, stretching, strength...you name it it's there, which is cool. There are waters and sports drinks available for purchase. There is a crossfit section if your into shoulder impingement like me. Of course there is the traditional weights and cardio machines. The locker rooms are adequate and clean. I like the gym.

I like the place a lot - I'm not a gym junkie and simply wanted a place to work out without huge crowds, or full on athletes competing for the mirrors! This is that place. Everyone is either friendly or keeps to themselves. It looks small from the outside, but is much larger inside with more equipment than you would have guessed. The workers are friendly. But mostly the place is self serve. If I were to suggest improvements, I'd suggest a bit more housekeeping as the trashes are normally full, and the place smells musty and sweaty. Obviously, that's what the place is for, but I think with a few more regular cleanings, it could improve!
