Great small personal training gym. They measure everything with their electronic equipment.
This is a great, more private, gym, for those that need a little help, or motivation, with less stress of a crowded gym. Check it out. They give 2 free sessions, for now. They might change that, but ask them.

I started 2 1/2 years ago and I have increased my strength and my bone density. I need the one on one guidance as I am not super disciplined on my own so it has worked well for me to have the personal attention. The older we get, the more fitness and muscle mass is important for overall wellness and I think this program is designed with that in mind. The owner is great and is mindful of how different people need different things to be successfull. Consistency is key and if you just continue to show up, you should achieve positive results.

I love how easy The Exercise Coach is making it to take back my health. I am 50% stronger than I was when I started in August 2022 and I am getting definition in my muscles at age 54! This means I am not needing frequent chiropractic visits because I threw my back out. This also means I am not injuring myself when I lift heavy boxes at my scrapbook retreats. This is so worth the investment in myself!! Plus the staff at Colleyville are amazing!!

The staff is very friendly and well trained - the facility and equipment is always clean and well maintained. They are very accommodating if I need to reschedule. I really enjoy Mike and his team and love the fact that I can get in a 20 minute workout and feel so good about myself!
