I actually wasnβt going into this location. I only wanted directions to a nearby store. The employees immediately waved me away and said weβre not interested in any sales, they never bothered to say hello or how may we help you. I may not have been dressed like the patrons that frequent this area, one should never assume or judge so quickly based on appearance. I could have had an emergency.

I'm one of those people (I don't like to exercise) and am challenged with sticking to a fitness program because I don't have time. The Exercise Coach is a program that fits into my schedule. I can get it done in an hour (i.e., workout and drive time), so it can fit into my lunch hour. I love how workouts are personalized and the equipment shows your progress.

Over 150 visits to the Lovers Lane Exercise Coach. I have worked with several of the trainers there and each workout has flowed seamlessly from one to the next. I have been more than satisfied with each session at the facility; occasionally still needing more than just a few minutes to recover enough to drive my car home. A few years ago was told to exercise more or start being treated for diabetes. Minor change in diet and added resistance training at exercise coach instead of just on my own and not yet on any medication for diabetes.

The Exercise Coach is the ultimate modern way to use the science of physical strength in the most efficient way possible. This program is fast, it is intense, and it shows real measurable results and does it all in a way that will keep you coming back.
No, I'm not training for the Olympics. No, I already know that I'd never be able to make myself stick with just using a membership at a wander-in and wander-around forest of workout equipment for two hours three or four times a week.
That is where the genius of The Exercise Coach comes in. The studios are relatively small and the effort is very focused. As a client, you schedule two sessions per week that take 20 minutes each, plus an extra five minutes of cardio at the end. During your 20 minutes, the trainer, (who is always an extremely well-vetted and qualified employee, not a random freelance "personal trainer") works with you specifically for about 90 seconds at a time on a series of different pieces of hydraulic electronically controlled equipment that are designed to both challenge and allow for success. I am a woman in her early 60's and I have two artificial knees. I knew it was crucial to add a meaningful and sustainable exercise component to my personal weight loss program but was worried about the risk of injury. The trainers here will tailor the workouts to manage any personal limitations or specific goals their client may have and they design the pace and sequencing of workout routine every time you go there. I feel extremely fortunate to have found the team of coaches with this approach, but anyone can benefit from the protocol here since you are always competing only with your own current level of ability. My balance, strength and core stability are tangibly improved and the muscle definition in my arms and legs are also evident. I call that a win! I can't recommend these fine people enough and many of my friends come here now as well.

I hate working out BUT 20 mins twice a week with a superb trainer (yes you Medley Butterfield) and seeing results - I am sold! Cannot recommend this place highly enough, my strength has increased by 20%+ in a few months and only 5 mins of cardio - so glad I found you guys - thank you!

Started 08/2016 - my strength has improved overall. I noticed when visiting my gkids in VA that I could bike ride, walk and truly enjoy my time with them without having to sit down. I have also lost inches and weight, which wasn't my original intent, but I'll take it! The staff are terrific and keep me motivated. It is only 20 min. twice a week and oh my what a difference it has made for me!

Pat and Mary Sculley have hit a home run with this gym. Imagine getting a super intense workout in 20 minutes 2 times a week. There is no way you could do more than 20 minutes or more often then twice a week. It's so intense it takes that long for your muscles to recover. It's so efficient and very effective!
