A great place to build up strength and stamina. I have worked with all the coaches and each one is great. Flexible hours. I have a bulging disc and they modify any exercise that I don’t need to do. Session lasts 20 min so you are in and out in no time. Clean, quiet and professional! I could see a definite improvement after first month. Give it a try!

The staff at The Exercise Coach - Lakeway is very friendly, knowledgeable and very encouraging during the workout. The technology and equipment is state of the art. It is the most efficient and effective strength training I have ever done. The 20 minutes feels like a 60 minute hard workout with free weights.

Lakeway Exercise Coach is totally awesome! It’s the Best thing that’s happened to me this year! I was looking for a new start this past January on my journey to new and improved health…and the ads for Exercise Coach kept popping up on Facebook and again on Instagram. So, I thot I’d try out the two free sessions…and am I ever glad I did! My life hasn’t been the same since! I’m stronger, I’ve lost weight, I’ve lost inches, I’ve gained more confidence in my health goals, I’m sleeping better and I’m eating better (thanks to their 30 Day Metabolic Comeback Challenge-that focuses on eating whole food, portion control and eliminating sugar and processed foods). Mt expience with the Exercise Coach has been wonderful. The staff are very attentative, helpful and friendly! The workouts have been different each time, so such a wonderful variety there's no getting board of it. They have even written special workouts for me when I needed them to.
I get a full body workout each time I'm there in just 20 minutes! I'm getting results and
