Omg! This is something you gotta try at least once! Because you’re going to come back because it works! Definitely not your typical work out that you’re used To, which is the best part. The machines are catered to your strengths while the staff is there to push you to your limit. AMAZING PEOPLE AND GREAT WORKOUT!

My experience at The Exercise Coach has been truly amazing! It’s a challenging but short workout that gives me the confidence to stay strong as I age, and allows me to push my body to be active outside of this workout. Tried to fill the form out online for the two free tryout session and got a generic email that someone would call or reach out or to reach out to a number. I tried to reach out to the number provided and no one responded back. If it is this difficult to respond back to customer inquiries might as well stay away from this place.

This 20 minute workout is no joke. The staff is super friendly, the facility is clean and private in a small complex where you can almost always park at the door. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to a private or semi private type gym experience with a trainer. In an out in less than 30 minutes with a good workout.

I like the concept of working out 20 minutes twice a week and seeing results. I love that it works, and you can see your progress right in front of you. The McKinney studio has super knowledgeable coaches who make sure your form is correct and provide encouragement. If you are someone who doesn't feel comfortable working out in a gym with lots of people around you, this is the place for you.

I joined the exercise coach McKinney the end of January 2023! The program has contributed to weight loss and also education to do working out and the importance of nutrition. I am not an athlete and have always had problems sticking to a routine. This program changed my relationship to fitness and food in a good way. The workouts push you to your limits but it’s only 20 mins! If you stick to it and have a good nutrition plan you will see results and feel great. The staff and owners are amazing and easy to work with.I highly recommend this place! Especially to busy people. 20 minutes twice a week and it is a full body work out!

This is my 2nd renewal. I have a problem of not eating eating protein. Lauren, a trainer at the McKinney, TX location, is also a nutritionist. She worked with me by offering suggestions on how I might improve my diet. I love the atmosphere here and that’s what keeps me coming.

I like the size, the intimate close and personal instruction each Coach provides. The best part is seeing your progress over time. David is so encouraging and positive. Lauren is also supportive and shows care towards each member. I am so glad I found this facility and look forward to losing another 15 pounds over the next couple of months.

The Exercise Coach has been an amazing experience for me. I knew I wanted to tone up, but wasn't quite sure where to start. I had my initial consultation with David who sat with me, discussed my goals and went over a game plan, gave me a tour and let me try out the equipment. After my second session, I was definitely sold. 20 minutes a day, twice a week, I couldn't beat it. I've been working with Aliyah, and she's such a wonderful trainer. Very friendly and knowledgeable, and keeps me motivated during the workout, as well as throughout the week, by making sure I am staying on track with my nutrition. After reading their nutrition playbook, and incorporating the exercise I am noticing results after just one month! I definitely recommend the Exercise Coach.

The facility is a clean welcoming environment & easily accessible. The 20minute workout is challenging but doable. The staff changes the workout around so it never gets boring. The machines give you instant feedback. You have a coach with you at all times encouraging, directing & adjusting your workout to each individual. All the coaches are personable & take a genuine interest in you & your journey. Lauren has been my coach & I trust her & appreciate her expertise.

Let me start off by saying wow!!
I was told about this new style of workout that only took 20 minutes a session for a full body workout... I quickly said there’s no way and how’s that even possible. So I decided to try the free trial that they offer. They make sure your form is correct on all the machines and jump right into your work out. Each machine tracks your progress and level. Needless to say after the 20 min I felt like I worked out for a hour in a normal gym. The next day I was sore in places I’ve never been and felt absolutely amazing knowing in only 20min I could get these type of workout. Having kids,wife and a career life is super busy and hard to get a good workout in due to always having something to do. I highly recommend everyone trying this place out!! You won’t be disappointed!!
