The physical therapy department here is outstanding. Jonothan and Lindsay are amazing. They really helped me with my back problems in three or four sessions. I highly recommend them and the facility.

I tried the stretching with Joey. It was awesome. I had shoulder surgery several months ago. My shoulder is very tight and painful. After the streching it does not hurt and it also helps with movement. I highly recommend the stretching!

This is such a great place if you are looking for knowledgeable coaches that are ready to help you work towards a healthy lifestyle. I was not expecting to feel like I had such a good workout in a 20 min sessions but I really did. Highly recommended!

I'm a 65 year old woman who hasn't exercised for years and who has no strength or stamina. I'm someone who has to be accountable to a trainer or other person EACH time I work out. As I couldn't afford a trainer in a regular gym each time I go, I had made that excuse not to exercise. I saw a Groupon coupon for The Exercise Coach and went on the website. It sounded perfect for me: it's for ALL fitness levels from out-of-condition like me to hard core exercisers. At this point, I have had four sessions and I love it. I also hate it but it's over in 20 minutes and I can feel that I have worked out. The equipment shows me how my strength and stamina has increased even in only four 20 minute sessions and I can feel the difference in my body. The coaches are great and extremely encouraging. The place is spotless and very pleasant to work out in. Even I can manage two 20 minute sessions a week and the improvement I've seen far outweighs the thought of going.

1) Friendly, attentive, professional, knowledgeable staff 2) Flexible-- easily change your schedule at the last minute without harassment 3) Staff watches how you exercise so you don't work the wrong areas or hurt joints or muscles. 4) Easy to get appointments. The staff is very attentive and knowledgeable. Great, quiet place for our whole family. No need to motivate yourself to go-- it's done in 20 minutes and only twice a week!

This is an exercise plan that I can stick to, and I have. I can continually push myself and improve, but the equipment is so fine-tuned that I've never had any muscle pulls or injuries there, which I normally do at other gyms because I have a tendency to 'overdo" things. Plus I love Courtney and Bec who are wonderful trainers.
