Iβve been at TEC for a year. I was seriously de-conditioned since caring for my parents and ignoring myself for 5 years. I started seeing muscles after just a few months. I can take stairs now! I just went on a family trip to DisneyWorld and could NEVER have done it without the conditioning Iβve gotten through TEC. Just do it.

The Exercise Coach in Pearland is perfect for all ages but especially for older adults. Strength training is critical for staying healthy, but their program also includes cardio as well as balance exercises. Jan Ross and her team of trainers are the best!

Can not say enough good things about the owner and the coaches! Workouts are tailored to you to ensure you build in strength. I was overcoming a few lingering injuries and I feel better (stronger) every day. The gym is very clean and the whole atmosphere is positivity and professionalism. Worth every penny! Thank you guys!

I absolutely love working out at the Exercise Coach in Pearland! The one on one training has made a huge difference in the effectiveness of my workouts and I love only commiting to 2 days a week for 20 min sessions. The owner Jan goes above and beyond, very personable and an awesome coach! Yes, it is more expensive than a traditional gym, but trust me, you get what you pay for

I love the location. 20mins from my home. I really enjoy the staff and their attention to the clients. The size of the studio suits my taste. It's gives me the feeling of of a small tight-knit community. You can tell they take pride in keeping the studio clean/sanitized for their clients. In my opinion, the best part of the studio is my 20minute workout with the coaches! I encourage anyone who is interested in a strength training program, to give them a try!

I received 2 free passes. I love the 1:1 personal trainer and learning how to work all the gym equipment. You can feel the difference the first day. I wish I could afford the packages but none of them fits my budget. I was sadly disappointed but would join if they offered lower monthly rates or training sessions.
