The studio is excellent. Every coach cares about the clients. Every coach is exceedingly knowledgable and friendly. This place is a wonderful environment to work out and gives exceptional results. I cannot recommend this place enough. And I do recommend it all the time. I have friends in CA who wish they had one in their town (Davis, CA) because of my recommendation and results.

My exercise program with Exercise Coach is very efficient. I have a personal coach working me through my routine for 20 minutes twice a week. My main focus is on core strength to maintain my strength and flexibility as I age. I am 70 years old and above average strength. Most of the equipment is electronic so I receive instant feedback as to whether my strength in various areas is increasing, decreasing or holding steady. I would recommend Exercise Coach to anyone who wants to maintain their strength and vitality as they age.

River Oaks location finally has a professional for a manager. David may be new to the fitness industry though he is an excellent manager and coach. His attention to detail and meeting customer expectations is paramount. He is very aware of his clients needs and adjust the workout to ensure those needs are addressed. I come early morning and David is always there, even when I arrive 10 minutes early. The machines are on, he knows I like fans so the fans are on, and he always, without fail, asks me how I am feeling today! The coaching staff has also improved with the addition of Stephanie. She is the best coach I have had since my tenure at the Exercise Coach. She pays strict attention to form and offers alternatives or adjusts the workout to improve performance and adapt to personal needs. She is a star in the organization and again, a professional.
