Iβve been doing this regime since they opened two years ago. It has given me so much energy and confidence as I age. I love the people who instruct !!! They explain all of my concerns and questions. I have not fallen since working out. My grandchildren no long call me squishy when they hug me! I show off my new muscles to everyone!!!

This program is amazing. Iβve done strength training since 1981. Iβve not seen improvement like this. 20 minutes twice a week doesnβt seem like enough but the science is real. My strength has increased and I can see the difference in the mirror.

Different to anything you have most likely done before in a gym, however really smart, cool and energizing to feel the difference after only a few short but highly targeted sessions. Iβm hooked and look forward to my sessions each week.
Great coaches and staff who genuinely care for each and every member and work on a 1:1 basis at your pace. Over 2 years in as a member and cannot say enough good things about The Exercise Coach and the Southlake Studio.

If you are pressed for time when it comes to working out, this is a tremendous solution. 20 minutes, twice a week. At first I was skeptical. How can this be when I was used to working out 5 days a week for a couple hours. Donβt know, donβt care. Results are all that matters. I am fairly new to this system, but it did not take long to feel the effects. I also thought it was only for old people, but since I been going Iβve seen all ages. Great staff, helpful and professional. Highly recommend giving them a try.

Wasn't sure at first if a 20 minute workout was the right fit for me or effective. I was very wrong... This place is great and a month in I am seeing results! Love that I can come in a few times a week for a quick 20 minute workout that measures my history so I am competing with myself and gauging improvements. Great staff and trainers on hand every time I am in and keeps things moving as needed. Highly recommend!!!

I have been a gym enthusiast for decades! I have trained many different styles. Over the winter of 2021 I read the book Body by Science and it shifted my ideas of total body fitness. When I saw the facebook ad for The Exercise Coach its was literally everything I had been trying to attain in a standard gym made easy and much more scientific! Absolutely love the method this training is providing for my body and love the staff at the Southlake location!! Time slots are flexible and I am in and out in 20 minutes!! Cant beat it!! Well worth the cost!

At first I was unsure that this program was for me, but the first 2 free sessions convinced me to try. I'm very happy I did. I like that it challenges me in small increments from session to session. I can see my progress, and that is motivational. The coaches are professional, friendly, and patient with me - explaining everything step by step. When I decided to start working-out I really wanted to focus on strength. I also need to lose weight and didn't want to lose muscle. And, I don't like working out, lol. When I saw the ad for The Exercise Coach...20 minute workout, I had to find out what it was all about. I've been going now for four weeks and I always feel so good afterwards. And, yes, you are in and out fast. Which is why I keep going... anyone can exercise for 20 minutes two days a week!

The Exercise coach facility is clean, the equipment is very much state of the art, and clean.
The staff is wonderful. I get reminders before every class which is helpful. The facility is following the COVID-19 specs. I feel completely safe when I am exercising.
I cannot tell you how much I love this facility, how much I appreciate the care the staff gives me, the 20 minute exercises on the machines exercises every part of my body. Please check it out for yourself, you get two free exercise classes and you wonβt regret it.
It is for all ages and body shapes. The machines are set for each individual.
I never felt better since I have joined. You get a lot for your money. I have a friend who is a personal trainer and he said if youβre not huffing and puffing when you leave youβre not getting your moneys worth but believe me I am huffing and puffing. And I never leave without a big smile because I did something good for myself.

I have over 400 workouts with the Exercise Coach that I've accumulated since March 2015. The majority of these took place at the Northwest Highway location. I've switched over to the Southlake location, which saves me a considerable amount of drive time. I have been extremely pleased with this location's facility, trainers and personnel. Looking forward to another 400 workouts !!

This is a great place to get a great workout in only 20 minutes. You get individual coaching and the machines track your improvements. Watching the monitors while working out motivates you. Good isometric workout with some cardio at the end.
