If you're coming back from injury or have nagging pain that keeps you from progressing, Charles is your trainer. Anytime a movement didn't feel good, he knew exactly what was happening at a muscular level as well as corrective exercises to activate the right muscles. I wouldn't be where I am today and feeling stronger than I ever have without Charles' expertise.

Coach Charles Lockard (the “Fit Body Coach”) has been the most attentive and caring trainer ever! He is “super sharp” about the human body structure and the proper workout details for each of his clients. He tailors each session to maximize the specific needs for my particular physical requirements and expectations like no other trainer I have ever worked with.
Charles gets immersed in the details and end results being sought by his clients and that knowledge allows me to be confident in his choices of workout regimens on any given day.

I am still happy with my coaching! I love the one on one coaching for kick boxing and have continued to improve. My flexibility has improved, my punches are more powerful and sparring always shows me where to improve. Charles always gives his 100% in his teaching and encourages strategy with the fight. I first decided to try Coach Charles The Fit Body Coach because he had great reviews, and then I met with him and right away couldn’t wait to get started because he was just so caring, and very experienced and knowledgeable, about not only building muscle, but working with injuries and mobility. Since I have been training with Charles, I have not only lost weight, but I am stronger, I have less pain, I have more energy, I feel younger, I feel better overall. I look forward to each workout ! The things I like most about training with Charles is that he listens and sculpts my workouts per session based on how I’m feeling, whether it be an injury, having some kind of pain or even when I’m feeling energetic, he knows and Sculps, my workouts based on how I’m feeling that day. to me it’s more than just a workout. It’s a complete mind and body therapy session as well.

Charles has been an awesome trainer. I had a pretty bad accident where I broke my humerus and couldn’t do much even after recovering from surgery. I could not even put 10 pounds of weight in the arm. I have been working out with his guidance and from not being able to do even 10 pounds of weight I am able to do pushups and lift weights. He always finds the way to motivate me to push my limits. His knowledge and ability to motivate me helped me get my life back and keep my career. From being basically crippled to where I am sitting at I am truly glad I got to hire him. I cant recommend Charles enough! He has been, and still is, the best personal trainer I have had since I started my fitness journey. If I was local to his gym he would still be my trainer to this day.

Background of my experience: I came to Charles after I had major back surgery and needed more than just physical therapy. Charles took the initiative to expand his knowledge on my surgery and understand how best to help me regain strength and tailored my training specific to my needs after surgery. He never repeated the same workout routine twice in a row and would continuously change up our routine allowing me to see more results in the few months I was with him than I have had with any trainer since. 10/10 highly recommended Charles for any one, of any age/situation. It’s rare to find a personal trainer who truly cares about their trainees and Charles is one of the great ones!
