Frank has been absolutely incredible at teaching us proper form while pushing us harder than we'd ever push ourselves. He makes sure our squats and deadlifts are perfect before letting us progress, but then he motivates us through those brutal final reps when we want to quit, knowing exactly how to get us fired up at the same time. My fitness journey with Frank started couple of months ago....i didnt know what to expect and also was not sure if i could maintain discipline, especially in diet. Being Indian, its really difficult to control different varities of food, but Frank never told to stop those...he just told to reduce it by half....that small change helped me shred from 188 to 176 in around 10 weeks....the level of agility before and i started and now is totally improved.....Frank always helps in maintaining the routine and yet making it interesting by letting us do different varieties for each muscle group...really happy to have such a wonderful trainer.....thanks Frank!!!!

This has been my first experience with a personal trainer and I was really in need. Frank was extremely helpful and incredibly responsive.
Frank has been helping me recover from my chronic upper back pain and strengthen my problem areas. His 1-1 sessions are very personalized, taking into account my physical condition but also trying to get me out of my comfort zone, in a secure environment, so that I gain more confidence and strength with my body and overcome my fear of pain.
Frank is adaptable yet has a plan before he meets with you every time. He is so knowledgeable in the techniques he uses and knows ways of addressing different body and muscle issues which are highly effective. Over a period of time, he makes sure all of the muscle groups get a workout. I can feel myself getting stronger and having more mobility and stabilty with my back.
Frank is an excellent trainer with always a smile on his face and has a very engaging personality and a great sense of humor. He has given me additional support when needed and answered any questions I've had. He always motivates to maintain a healthy lifestyle with exercise and good nutrition.
I always feel more energized and motivated and look forward to our sessions every week.
Last but not the least his fitness garage is so much nicer and cleaner to workout with focussed attention than those noisy, crowded, sometimes smelly gyms.

It’s been close to a month that I’ve been training with Frank and I cannot give enough praise. Since I’m new to the area and not ready to fully commit to a gym just to gain access to a trainer, The Fitness Garage really piqued my interest!

We discussed my goals during an initial consultation and got straight to business the following week. One thing I genuinely appreciate is that Frank keeps my goals in mind instead of making me follow a generic workout template like most trainers will do. The biggest plus for me is the one-on-one sessions. No distractions, no extra people… just focused training.

With Frank’s encouragement and accountability I’m seeing results already in my mental health, the way my clothes fit, and my energy levels are far more sustainable throughout the day…

If I had to give one negative-I have to say that working out in the Texas heat definitely takes some getting used to, but extra sweat is never a bad thing.

As a final note, I’m a beginner in terms of fitness but Frank has a lot of knowledge and I think any and all fitness levels could benefit from his training!
