I used to go here back when I lived in League City. Best gym I have been to honestly. Not super crowded at 6pm like every single other gym I have been to. If you go in the mornings it’s pretty empty. Nice selection of equipment and open 24 hours. Great gym and I miss it a lot. Every other gym I’ve been to just doesn’t compare.

I have been working out here for 2 years. I don’t even live in Bacliff anymore and I make that 15 minute drive to come here because this place is just that awesome. Started training here about 3 or 4 months ago. I work at the PHR Peakers Power Plant down the road as a millwright contractor, and needed somewhere to train for my upcoming physique competition on May 1st. I travel alot for work, and have been to dozens of gyms across the country the past few years. This location was very convenient for me, and it had everything I needed as far as free weights and cardio machines. I'm usually there very early in the morning to do my fasted cardio, around 4:30 am, so it being open 24 hrs with a key fob for members made it even more convenient for me. They keep the place clean and provide towels and spray bottles to wipe down the machines after use. This is mandatory at the moment there, due to covid precautions. Masks aren't mandatory but I've seen a few people wear them. It's a personal choice but the gym doesn't require it. After my 30-45 mins of fasted cardio I would hit my workout for about an hour, then head to work literally one minute down the road. And towards the end, the closer I got to my competition, I would go again after work for more cardio and training. Well I'm happy to say that my first competition ever landed me 4 first place finishes and overall novice champion 🏆Won my open, novice and masters 35+. It was an amazing experience and I thank The Force Fitness for providing the convenience and the equipment to help me crush my goals 💪

Might be a great gym but will never know. They do not make it easy to access to get a membership or try it out. Non-member hours are posted on the door (which is locked until then and those hours are nowhere on their website that I found). Hours posted on the door are only for Mon-Fri (9-5 p btw and it doesn’t specify it’s M-F only so if you come back on a Sat at 9, it’s still locked.) Website not incredibly helpful either. Must call to get hours which ends up starts at 10 on a Saturday for non-members.

I have worked out and joined this gym. Very convenient location. Facility is very clean which is important to me and I'm sure anyone else. Music playing to get you pumped. Several machines from which to choose. The new owners and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. If you have any doubts about how to use some of the equipment the staff is always there to guide you. So I suggest you stop in for a workout. They also sell cold energy and workout drinks along with water. Need a workout shirt? Buy one from them. Both men and women's shirts.

Totally worth my 45 minute commute! Great gym run by great people. They are knowledgeable and professional. Cody has helped me lose almost 30 pounds and get in the best shape of my life. I can't recommend them enough!

The Owners are Amazing!! I've been with them for a couple of years and with their guidance through coaching and training I have become a better me physically and mentally and can't wait to train for another show this year.
