We love having the Groovy Gym Bus visit our center! The kids have an absolute blast while building strength, balance, and coordination. It’s such a fun and engaging way to support their gross motor development, and one of their favorite activities each week! The instructors are amazing; energetic, patient, and so wonderful with the kids.

Our first experience with The Groovy Bus was through my daughter’s daycare, she loved it so much we booked it for her birthday party yesterday.
The entire experience was fantastic! Easy booking, great communication, and they arrived right when they said they would. The bus was decorated with balloons inside, child friendly music and the activities on board the bus were fantastic. We had eleven children at the party and every single one of them had a blast! I felt the cost was appropriate given that they bring the party to your house, provide shirts and gift bags. Unfortunately, I can’t recall the driver’s name (started with a D) but she was fantastic! Great with the kids, helped us gather them when it was time for cupcakes and clearly enjoyed hanging out with them.
Overall, fantastic experience that I would highly recommend!

I am extremely disappointed with how Groovy Bus handled an incident involving my 2.5-year-old son. After he was injured during class, instead of being transparent and taking appropriate action, the instructors ignored the situation. Despite the seriousness of the injury, the staff failed to provide proper care or take necessary precautions to ensure my child’s safety.
They attempted to return him to class 10 minutes after the incident without notifying the daycare teachers or informing me about the severity of the situation. My son was allowed to continue as if nothing had happened. When he returned to school, he had a full meltdown, prompting teachers to intervene and assess him. This clear sign of distress was ignored by Groovy Bus staff.
When I reached out for clarification, the manager initially claimed my son had fallen onto a padded beam, but I later learned they had originally told the daycare teachers that he had hit his head on a window. This inconsistency in reporting is deeply concerning, especially considering the owner’s claims of being USAG certified and completing Safe Sport training.
To make matters worse, the owner of International Montessori House of Children—where classes take place and who had recommended Groovy Bus to us—explicitly advised me to remove my child from the program. This recommendation speaks volumes about their lack of confidence in the program’s safety standards. As a result, my son is now afraid to go to school, clearly feeling unsupported and unsafe.
I was also alarmed to discover that the program is not licensed by the state, which is buried in small print on their website. This lack of state licensing means there is no government oversight to enforce health and safety standards, leaving parents without recourse should issues arise.
Given these serious concerns, I am removing my child from the program. I strongly urge other parents to carefully reconsider enrolling their children in Groovy Bus, as the lack of professionalism, communication, and proper care is completely unacceptable.

My 2 year old toddler's favorite thing at his daycare. The instructors seem very professional, the bus is very cool. Awesome class for kids who want to develop gross motor skills.

Fantastic and worth every penny. Our now 3yo son did a weekly gym bus class for a year at his day care and his motor skills and confidence grew exponentially. The team is great, the buses safe, and all the kiddos in our son’s group love the gym bus. Our son’s enhanced motor skills and increased strength also gave us parents the confidence that our son can handle himself. 100% worth it.
