It’s a really good gym and I love that’s it’s an actually 24/7 gym, amazing. The only reason why I didn’t give it 5 starts is because it’s always way to cold, others and myself need to take a sweater just to nearly even pop a sweat. Before I can even finish my resting period the vents are already blasting me with cold air.

if I could give this place less than one star, I would. Everything is constantly out of order machines don’t work and then they stay broken for almost a year. The front desk cashier is always broken, It’s cash only all the time or their card machine works and they only take card. treadmills off balance you’re walking half ass, and walking on uneven concrete just rocking side to side, more than half of them are like that. Water is out of order. Place is very disorganized. Restrooms are always dirty, especially the female ones. Some days u can barely even have a good workout or something just ruins it. Owner doesn’t take care of their place.

A good 24 hour facility that has all you need to get a solid workout done. They have a nice CrossFit outdoor training area along with a basketball court that is a pleasant amenity for those who like to hoop it up as your cardio.

I signed up thinking I was getting the month-to-month membership for $80. When it came time to pay, I was asked to sign a keypad to authorize the payment—so I did. A month later, I noticed a $60 charge on my card. When I called to find out why, I was told I had signed up for a yearly contract and would need to pay $200 upfront to cancel. I was never given any contract to review, and the keypad I signed on didn’t even allow you to scroll or read anything.

This location has terrible customer service from the manager. I got charged after my year membership was over even though I spoke to a manager and team member confirming the cancellation of my contract. I called 6 separate times and left two messages asking for the manager to give me a call back and they refused to speak to me to try to resolve the issue. Team member Victor was very helpful, but the manager is horrible. Almost every time I called they were apparently on their break and the last time I called they still refused to speak to me and had a team member handle the call. I asked if there is a form that I could sign to confirm my membership cancellation and confirm I would no longer be charged, but apparently they don't have any kind of form like that. I will be checking my bank account for the next few months to confirm they aren't stealing from me and I would advise anyone else in a similar position to do the same and protect their money.

The girls in the front desk are very friendly and attentive! Any concerns I’ve have it always gets resolved by their manager Debra 💓 Facility is always clean . I once lost my AirPod in the stairmaster and even the maintenance man helped me get it really fast. The environment is always so welcoming I would 100% recommend

Only went to this gym because gym legacy on Shiloh is shut down for renovations, this gym disappointed me greatly, the machines don’t work properly and are squeaky and some are angled wrong and don’t allow for a proper workout.

Bro this is a really nice Gym! I do recommend it , staff is awesome and encouraging, the shakes are also really good. The only complaint that I have is that I was expecting more of the Sauna , of all the times I've gone only once was at a really good temperature! It was awesome , but sadly I know that by the time I come back tomorrow the sauna is gonna be a cold room again. Also saunas are supposed to have vapor but these are just electrical heat :'v

Update. After my contract ended I’ve attempted to cancel the membership, however, they only allow you a 1 day window every month to cancel your membership. They also don’t give you the contact information to the company that owns them so you can cancel it yourself. I’ll be reporting it to the BBB for bad practices.

A few of the reasons I decided to cancel:
The male restrooms only have 2 stalls, one of which is always locked and the other always dirty and without ventilation.
Half the equipment is “under maintenance” and has stayed like that for months or simply disappears.

Good work-out space but restroom/locker room is very reduced and with one 2-seater bench with 2 showers and 1 enclosed restroom/toilet. It needs more space. Basketball court is 👍👍!

Im not sure how this has so many good reviews. although the machines are good and there’s selection, the gym wasn’t ran the way it should be. There was always empty hand sanitizer dispensers around the gym, empty cleaner bottles, and overflowing trash cans during COVID?? The restrooms were always DIRTY for men and women because I asked my husband and he said there would be pee on the floor and trash everywhere, same as the womens restroom and this was everyday. Mind you, sometimes we’d get there and there would be like 2/3 people behind the desk but the gym was somehow always a mess. Customer service is horrible too they seem like kids just there for a paycheck and not to work to upkeep the gym. We went 1 month and never went back which was disappointing after being referred to gym legacy by a friend. It is not worth the price, not one bit. I hope the owner sees this and puts different management into place at Saunders because although it’s simple things like cleanliness and customer service, it’s probably costing you customers like us.

I been with this gym since the first location open, their staff and manager have always look out for me and always trying to improve the experience.

Place is always clean and there is always someone in the facility 24 hours.

This is the only gym where I have felt welcome and not judge by the staff and other members.

Their equipment is always the top of the line and no expense was spare to provide amazing experience.

I was excited to have a new gym in My neighborhood. The gym has all new equipment and is clean all the time with enough staff. So I signed up my membership and rented a locker and was enjoying my workouts but then a week later I come into the gym for my workout open my locker and all of my equipment and supplements are missing. I go to the front and talk to the manager but he's in different about me losing over $200 worth of equipment. I go buy more equipment and come back to work out but I just can't. I will not go back to that gym because the staff took all of my stuff
