I have been working out with Danay for years. She is a great trainer and takes the time to listen to my specific needs, pain triggers, goals, all of it! and creates a custom plan for me! After years, I still feel like I am not doing the same thing each week. She challenges me and keeps things moving. Not only do I feel better but I am stronger and my mobility has greatly increased. Most of my chronic pain that I thought I would always have has lessened because I have improved posture and strength. I highly recommend checking out one of her group classes or personal training.

I wanted to share my great experience of being a part of Hybrid Runner!
A walk in the park one Saturday morning, turned into me jumping in and joining a group of people doing a Boot Camp workout.
I walked over to ask about the group, I was welcomed immediately and encouraged to join in with them. The amazing instructor, Danay, walked through each of the exercises and explained them fully. I was introduced by name, paired up with a partner, and began the first round of exercises.

Though every boot camper is at different levels and ages, the camaraderie among everyone was contagious which encouraged me to push myself to do my best.

That first random work out, has led to a weekly commitment of joining the group for fitness and fun. Along the way, a group of strangers has become friends and my confidence and strength continue to grow.

I encourage anyone that wants to take that step toward better health, come join in with Hybrid Runner , you will not be disappointed!

The best trainer I’ve ever had ! Dayna is incredibly nice and always willing to answer any question you might have. Even though I don’t train with her anymore I will 100% recommend her to anyone who is looking for a honest, friendly and supportive trainer. Danay, personal trainer, totally recommend her! She's awesome, witty and feisty bc she is seriously passionate at what she does. She focuses on helping achieve goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow enjoyable). I recently attended a Hybrid Runner bootcamp at the park, and I must say it was one of the best workout classes I've ever experienced. From the moment the class began, the instructor had the energy and enthusiasm to keep us motivated and focused.

The workout itself was challenging but well-structured, with a mix of cardio and strength exercises. What impressed me the most was the instructor's attention to form and technique. She provided clear and concise instructions on how to execute each exercise properly.

Overall, I left the class feeling exhilarated and accomplished, knowing that I had given my body an intense and effective workout. I would highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a challenging, yet enjoyable workout that will leave you feeling energized!

Boot camps are intense but with the trainer making it fun and cheerleading you on it makes it an enjoyable experience. The bootcamp covers all aspects of getting fit from cardio to muscle strength and tone making it a well rounded workout. Would definitely recommend. Those who are not in the best of shape should not be afraid to join. The trainer will help you to gradually get up to speed. Brent

I started with Hybrid Runner at the free boot camp in October 2020. She has continued to evolve and incorporate so many moves and equipment each Saturday. Her passion to teach and train is exhibited every week! She has a cohesive and consistent team that works hard every Saturday morning.

In January 2021 I began personal training with Danay once a week. Danay is patient, passionate, responsive, informative, and enthusiastic as a trainer and personal coach. She has helped me make the necessary changes both physically and mentally. I feel stronger, more confident, and healthier!
