Since 2013, The League has been the home of PAC(K) Training -- a training format based on training with professional athletes. But the best part: it's modifiable for anyone at any level! The full-body workout is about 45 minutes and you'll get everything from cardio to strength training and core work. We have several weekday classes and many pricing options. I have been going consistency 2x a week for the last 9 months. I have seen so much progress in my strength and stamina. I have gained a lot of confidence where I can try different types of weights/exercises. The instructors are so awesome and I really like the structure of the workout. Makes it easy to show up and do good work.

I drop in on ClassPass (2-4 credits) - such a steal! Awesome work outs that go by so fast and leave you drenched!! π¦I love that they start with abs instead of finishing with them. Always friendly coaches and staff. Very local vibes. Open to all levels of athlete :)

Iβve been going off and on for about two years. When Iβm βoffβ itβs because the League is a tiny bit far from my house and as a result Iβve flirted with almost all other gyms and workout centers around me...but I always end up going back. 45 minutes a class is the key differentiator for me, along with constantly changing workouts.

The League has been the best gym I've been apart of so far! The trainers and front desk staff are very knowledgeable and take a catered approach in helping me achieve my fitness goals. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND this gym to anyone that is either at the peak in their fitness, anyone that wants a boost to get back into the gym, and also for the beginners! The vibe here is unmatched. You definitely won't regret stopping in and giving it a try!
