I had the same issue as the other reviews with billing. I had to dispute with my credit card company and do a stop payment. The stone oak location however is FANTASTIC. I recommend going there.

Somehow I’ve been getting charged for 3 accounts for my son. I called months ago (5 or 6 times) to settle the issue. Was finally told it would be fixed. I checked again and we are still getting charged for 3 accounts! The owner has never called me back or even tried to cancel 2 of the accounts. Beyond ridiculous and bad bad business

The gym and teachers are great. The owner is greedy and the billing department is messy. We cancelled on 11/16/25 and the billing is messy. They charged us for an additional 3 months and then suddenly stopped charging us. When I called I was refunded, and the person on the phone was very nice but explained that their billing department was literally a Google sheet that the owner only had access to. On top of this, when we explained we were moving, they told us there’s a 30 day notice and charged us for an entire month that we weren’t even in the state for.
Sloppy business. Sounds like they are getting their act together (according to the lady on the phone) but if it was me, I’d drive another 10 min to another gym. Not worth the literal hours of headache

Good luck trying to cancel your membership. Why have a phone and voicemail when you don’t answer or return phone calls? Don’t bother trying to email because they won’t respond there either.

I have been trying to cancel our membership since last year with no luck. You can never reach staff via telephone or email. You get no response.

I had a great experience at the little gym as a first time customer who began bringing my son to this school. I have tried others in the past but Maria made us feel comfortable and welcomed since day one! Looking forward to growth for my little one at this location 🙂

I had a trolls party here a few months ago .paid $600 for the party and the only decor was the room the kids ate in. I was told that the activities would be troll themed but the music and activities weren’t. I wanted extra time in the gym area and asked for the fee , they informed me that unfortunately that wasn’t an option and that I could get the party room for extra hours which was a bummer ! The kids were only able to enjoy the gym area for around 30 minutes before instructors started the activities . They were very helpful with loading gifts and they were very friendly with this being said . Just wish that for that price , it felt more like trolls and included troll music as well as more gym time .

We started classes as young as the baby classes and now my oldest takes the older kids gymnastics. We've also had two birthday parties, attended Parent's Survival Night and camps. We have had nothing but great experiences. Two of my children have attended and both love it! The teachers are amazing, knowledgeable and oh so patient! I love that it's owned by a woman, and veteran at that.
If you are looking for a gymnastics factory that churns out NCAA gymnasts, this probably isn't the place (although not a bad place to start). However, if you're looking for a safe and fun place that churns out happy, well-adjusted and balanced children, this is the place!

We had a birthday party scheduled here this weekend. We got to the location 15 before the party started to setup and walked in and were immediately greeted with hot air. It's 100° outside today, but the average temperature inside was 95°.
HVAC problems? Nope. As we were told by associate when we asked, the Little Gym team were just getting here and just turned on the AC. I was then told by a different associate that the place cooled down quickly. Not in 10 minutes before everyone shows up. Only a small desk fan to help move air.
This was a scheduled event and these temperatures are dangerous for 15 kids to be running around in. The technology is widely available that allows you to control the thermostat from your phone. Ecobee, Nest, Honeywell, etc.
I'm very unhappy about how unprofessional this operation is. As a small retail business owner myself, I understand not wanting to run the AC when no one is there. However, if you have a pre-scheduled event involving children, maybe you need to drop by 2-3 hours in advance to make sure the place is cooled off.
Terrible customer experience.

My daughter loves to come because she says she can learn, have fun and make friends. Ms. Parker is very caring and patient with her students and we appreciate her thoughtful approach to teaching!

Had been trying to get in contact with them for nearly a month about enrolling my little one. Even stopped by to try but there was no one there to help me. I was assured I would be reached out to by management but never was.
I called the other location in town and was immediately helped and enrolled. Avoid this location.

Tried to cancel my daughters membership due to scheduling conflict and the optional class they offered being too crowded. They continued to charge my card for months when I called the card company and got a pay back they are now texting and calling harassing me that I need to pay for services NOT rendered.
Edit to add: she is now texting HARASSING us threatening to escalate “the matter” due to this review.

Loved little gym when my son was little. This location was different. Even though my daughter did enjoy going, I noticed a difference with the staff and owner. When children were struggling they just let parents deal with them. They did not encourage them to participate. This did not happen with my child, but others. My child always got sick after going there. When I wanted to cancel it took so long to reach someone one to find out how. I emailed the owner and left several messages. When I finally reached them I had to go in person to fill out a form. The owner did not even say a word or look me in the eye while I was there.

We had a membership here, but had to cancel it because of scheduling conflicts. We filled out all the required paperwork and gave proper notice we were canceling. After the fact they continued to charge us the monthly fee. We called numerous times and left multiple voice-messages about this and no one ever returned our calls, or answered the phone. I would strongly recommend against this place.

We had something come up so we needed to reschedule. We tried to reach them for over an hour before our drop off time through calls, texts, email and voicemail and no answer. When they finally got back to us they were unwilling to reschedule or refund. The bigger issue is that they were unresponsive while in the custody of peoples children.

Great pricing and my 4 year old loves it. Every Saturday, she does an hour blend of Ballet, Tap and gym exercise and really enjoys it with the other kids.

!!A HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE!!
As a current update for this establishment and how they are handling COVID-19, the owner REFUSES to check temperatures at the door to avoid loosing $$$ as she would rather loose children to Covid. As well as she doesn’t require children to wear masks even if they are above the age the CDC recommends. PARENTS PLEASE PROTECT YOUR KIDS!!!

As the mom of a “giggle worm” who has been going for the last 4 years, let me tell you, We absolutely love this Little Gym! Each one is unique because of the staff, The staff at this location are at the top of their game. I would hire any of them if I were a business owner. My child absolutely adores the teacher and can not wait for this class to come around every week. It’s a great opportunity for me to knock out a bit of grocery shopping or accomplish a number of nearby errands at the same time. The highlight of the year is always show week when all the student get to show off the skills they’ve mastered. Highly recommend!

That staff is great! They make sure everything is going smoothly so that you can just sit back and enjoy the party. The kids loved all the activities and had such a great time. I loved that I didn't have to set up before or clean up afterwards! 100% worth it!
