Decent after school activity. But absolutely criminal business operation. They make it impossible to cancel your membership. We couldn't cancel over the phone, or in person, we had to file a form and then wait 30 days for it to go into effect. After that 30 day period they proceeded to keep charing us anyway. I had to cancel the card I had on file with them to get them to STOP CHARGING ME MONEY even after my kid hadn't attended for 45 days.
Criminal.

This place is a scam beware of their cancellation policy’s. You need to cancel before a certain date or they’ll get charged the whole month
It’s management is so inconsiderate when things happen and you can’t make it they expect you to make up classes but keep charging you for a service u don’t even use. You could have 4 missed classs and still charge you the next month so now you have 8 classes to attend

Worst experience. The instructors cannot manage even 5 toddlers, asked kids go out of class room several times per class, so kids spend more time out of class than having exercises. Half of class - singing songs and sitting on the floor. If you have high energy kids this place is not something that you are looking

We hosted a birthday party in Little Gym, Cedar park and I would highly recommend this place. The staff was very friendly and organized, planned amazing games for the kiddos, helped us with un/loading, setup, clean and never rush us to wrapup. Everyone had a blast. I would highly recommend checking them out for any private birthday parties.

We recently switched from the RR location to Cedar Park, and it was such a great decision for our little one. At this location, Brittany and her team are constantly working to ensure the safety of the little ones and improving family experiences. They are kind, patient and bring the energy! Our son has responded so well to their team and really enjoys his time there. It's further than where we were going before, but is totally worth the drive to see him having fun and progressing!

We were in classes for my 5 and 1 year old for a while. The classes were okay but got repetitive quickly. The cancellation policy is what is very unfortunate. You have to cancel 30 days prior to next billing date, so you will essentially pay for two more months after you decide to terminate. With small kids that are unpredictable, that's challenging. So if your child doesn't like the class you're just out of luck for two months.
But I did cancel on time for my son before he started school. I called to cancel and was told "okay I'll get that cancelled for you." Then I find that I'm still being charged $110 the next month. I called and they said after you tell them you want to cancel you have to fill out a form to cancel officially. NO ONE had informed me this was the policy so I had assumed the cancellation was confirmed. When I talked to both the director and owner they were unwilling to work with me on the $110 that was totally unused and down the drain. She said she was doing me a favor by not charging me AGAIN since technically I would be re cancelling less than 30 days before my next illegitimate bill.
This caused me to cancel not only my son's membership but my daughter's as well. Neither were sad about it and haven't missed it.

I recently hosted my son’s 4th birthday party at Little Gym, Cedar Park. We had 15 kids ranging from 2-5 years old! The instructors were absolutely amazing. They not only kept the kids moving and happy, they helped with setup and did most of the breakdown at the end. The 15 kids had an amazing time!! I cannot wait to go back!

Unfortunately I would not recommend The Little Gym. 2 weeks ago, we showed up for our 8:15am Saturday morning class with our 2 year old (which is A LOT to get out the door and make it to class on a Saturday morning at 8:15am) only to find the doors locked and lights off. The teacher no-showed, and we got ZERO notification about it. Not even an apology until AFTER I sent an e-mail. There also seems to be a lot of teacher turnover. For the last 2 months, the 8:15am class on Saturday morning has not had the same teacher, which is rough for a 2 year old who wants consistency. This also means the quality of the class is inconsistent, and with teachers constantly in training, the classes have just been horribly run. We also have had a number of our classes start at 8:20 or 8:25am or end early, so some days I'm only getting a 30 minute class, which isn't worth $110 a month.

My son started going to The Little Gym when he was 5 months old and he is the smallest in his class but the mightiest. We try to go to a lot of the open gym times so we end up at the gym at least 4 times a week. He’s so close to walking. He climbs and has been taught safe ways to get down from higher places. He has such a great time and all the instructors help immensely and it’s like he has his own personal trainer.

We love Little Gyms, but we’ve had more than a great experience here at the Cedar Park location.
The staff is extremely friendly with parents and babies. The classes go by so smoothly, and the babies (birds/ bugs) love it! I’m going to miss them so much!
The staff is very flexible with us having to miss and reschedule class dates, due to being a military family and constantly traveling. We are now leaving, and we had no issue cancelling our membership, and they worked with us in every way they could, moving us to different class times to accommodate. Someone else in the reviews said that they got charged for an extra month, which I don’t see that to be true considering, we’ve moved from different locations and never had that happen. Communicate with the staff, and they will work with you the best they can.

Our child is 3, and the funny bugs classes are awesome for her age group. Good adjustment to group learning prior to kindergarten and an introduction to balance, team building, and listening!

This is our fifth month here and my daughter is on her fifth teacher. Front desk staff has changed out about as often as well. Not sure if they even have a regular manager here. My daughter is in the grade school class and just wanted to learn how to do a cartwheel. Only one of the instructors actually took the time to break it down and help her. The others just ignore her for not trying. Find someplace else. And the cancellation policy is ridiculous.

The instructors are friendly and the facility is brand new, but the classes get repetitive after a few weeks and the cancellation policy is not reasonable. Most places ask for 30 days cancellation, but this one is 30 days from your next billing cycle. In our case we’ve had to wait for almost two months to officially cancel given this policy. My son enjoyed the classes at first, but quickly got bored and now going to class is just a waste of our time (and money). I second what another reviewer said: Little Land is more fun for active toddlers and a fraction of the price.

Be very careful with the cancelation policy! I wasn't aware of this when we signed up! They charge you for the entire next month that you're not using! I was on the phone a long time asking for a solution to this and the owner wouldn't work with me at all. We are paying for 6 weeks of nothing!
We have a very active baby who was warming up to the classes until she started getting her molars. The last 2 classes we went to she just wanted to be close and wasn't having fun at all so we stopped going. I canceled that month and figured we could start again when her molars fully came through. But they charged us for the next month too! I called and said we're not using it at all. She said within 6 months we can sign up again (and pay full price again) and come twice a week to make up the classes. But we live far and can't make it twice a week! She didn't care. She wouldn't work with me at all to come up with another solution for us. She said "that's not how you run a business" and "if she made an exception for us she'd have to make an exception for everyone". I told her she should make an exception for everyone if the policy is like that because they're working with babies and they're just unpredictable. This is just taking advantage of families.
It wouldn't feel right for us to go back after paying for 6 weeks of absolutely nothing. I just can't get my head around paying for nothing and I've never run into a business that doesn't have solutions for exceptions. Be so careful if you decide to sign up!! Cancel over a month before you decide to stop going! (But with babies it's impossible to know when you have to stop going so be prepared to pay for an extra month of nothing). It's like forced donations or something to a for-profit business. I just don't understand.

My son had last class on 04/24/2024 and they were giving bubble makers to kids, my son also needed that a he went to the girls who was issuing that to kids and the director stopped her to give it to my kid. He was the last kid . When we came out of the gym he kept crying until we got home.
The one star I give this because the coach Benny and his co worker was awesome.
The so called directors should learn the basic ethics to deal with kids. I had a plan to continue with the gym I talked to coach before the class but after the so called director’s behavior made me so upset and wouldn’t recommend anyone to this place until that kind of people are present there.

This location has been amazing to my son zain. He’s become more confident and stronger since joining the little gym. He’s been in both the birds and beasts classes. The instructors are never bothered and always in a great mood! I do enjoy the open gym options as well. In addition, the gym is always clean and the obstacles are constantly refreshed. I wish i could give 6 stars. 🙏🏼

Not impressed with the offerings and skill for the class with the 2 year olds. Our child wasn’t challenged and honestly the age group for the class is too large. Not a place I would recommend to anyone wanting their child to really learn gymnastics skills. A lot of the same equipment is available at little land where you can do drop in sessions verses needing a membership like you do at little gym. If you’re looking for an activity where your kiddo can just get energy out then this is good but it’s overpriced for what they offer. As a former gymnast I thought this would be a fun introduction but the teaching was lacking and the money spent here would be better spent at a real gymnastics studio.
