Beware...The Little Gym has a ridiculous policy in which they trap you into recurrent charges due to not providing a 30-day notice of cancellation. We had a situation in which had to replace the credit card that was on file for Little Gym. We didn't realize that our card on file was the old one, and Little Gym sent us an email saying that we were past due. We were then told that instead of being able to cancel on the spot (we had not been going for some time), we had to add new payment information and then give 30 days notice of cancellation. Our membership was then paused instead of cancelled, and the same process repeated itself. Truly awful experience. The staff seem friendly at the Little Gym location, but it is not worth getting entangled in the nonsense for the brief amount of time your little one may be interested/cooperative/of age for the activities.

It's an okay activity for very little children, babies. Over 1 years old it is a waste of time. If you try to cancel, make sure you call your phone company for a record of the exact time and day you spoke to them, and record the call. They will keep charging you and then Julia will call you a liar and keep charging you. ASI Gymnastics is MUCH more engaging and the new Park Lane location is so clean and beautiful.

This membership and gym aren’t designed to accommodate working parents. We had to miss our weekly Saturday infant/toddler class a handful of times due to our child being sick or sick enough that we didn’t want to risk exposing him to other parents/kids. By doing the right thing, you’re unfortunately punished at Little Gym. The company does offer “make-up” classes, but they only offer them at 4pm during the work week or at a location no where near us. Neither me nor my wife can make those because we are both working parents. The company refused to pro-rate our monthly bill, or work with us to find any another solution that would allow us to not waste our money. Their excuse was rather lazy, and they claimed their system won’t allow the membership to be pro-rated. This clearly incentivizes parents to bring their kids when they know they have a virus or bug and risk others getting sick. We’ve cancelled our membership and moved to a different activity. If you’re a working parent with a young child, I would strongly recommend not paying for this membership.

The classes are wonderful and the instructors are super hands on but the MANAGER on the other hand is awful. So rude I was shocked someone was treating me with such attitude as a paying customer for over two years. She needs to be fired, she’s dragging the whole place down!

We had the best birthday party experience! Everything was better than I could have imagined. I am so thankful to the Little Gym team for making my son’s birthday so special and making it so effortless for me as a parent. We will definitely be booking again.

Worst 35$ ever spent, I have to admit the place was clean but other than that the experince was one star, my 1 year old was not happy at all. Teacher gave babies long sticks to point on their body parts, who give children sticks! Baby next to me pooked her eye then they asked us to give the sticks back ofcourse every kid started to cry the program wasn't interacting kids togather. I had to leave after 20 mins in

We LOVE the little gym!! I started taking my daughter when she was 4 months old and I couldn’t be happier on how much improvement have I seen on her since. It is a place that helps your baby to be more aware of her/his body, improves motor development, learn new skills while having fun and of course it also helps mom to make new friends and have a great time!! I recommend it a 100%

We used to love coming to little gym. But the staff and management has changed and now they are plain rude and only after money. Since the pandemic we had no been to them and when we went back the first time after months they made our mind you paid gym session completely awkward. I would stay away. There are so many wonderful places in DFW to take your kids

We go to the little gym with the girl I nanny who has special needs. The instructors are educated and very kind, and even adapt their session to better suit her needs when they're able. Amazing staff, awesome place.

I came here for my nephews first birthday, and the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. My five year old started feeling sick on the way over, and had an accident and they rushed to our aid, giving us a clean tee shirt and were genuinely concerned. It was also very helpful that they had extra napkins, and baby wipes in the bathrooms. They made my daughter feel special even though it wasn't her birthday and made sure she enjoyed herself some. Highly recommend for service and environment.
