Recently enrolled my 3 year old grandson in the Funny Bugs and Giggle Worms class at the Round Rock Little Gym location. He loves it!! His instructors, Janelle and Mattie are wonderful. They are so kind and patient with the kids. They vary the activities from week to week and make learning fun!! Management is great, and the equipment, bathrooms, and overall place is very clean. Would highly recommend this Little Gym!!

We pre-paid and had money for tuition leftover even after subtracting the tuition for the 30-day notice period for cancelling enrollment. This location refused to refund us what we had in good faith already paid on the basis that there wasn't any direct requirement in the contract to refund us for unused tuition. Stay away at all costs.

I also find it odd that I can't find some of the reviews I know I had read when this happened to us. Suspicious.

The classes were very meh.

I would give this place a zero. The class instructors on tuesday just lets the kids run around and do whatever they want. There’s no actual teaching or structure. And the facility is dirty. Spend your money somewhere else

My two kiddos, almost 3 year old and 9 year old love The Little Gym! The teachers are so encouraging and kind to the kiddos. The atmosphere is perfect for my oldest who is not competitive. They have really built up her confidence and I can see it shining outside of gym too. My youngest is always itching to get into the gym, even when it’s sister’s night! Ms. Emma is the best!!

Great first experience for our trial class. Mr. Benny was wonderful and great with the kids, especially my son. We've attended Little Gym Round Rock for almost a year and have really enjoyed it! Love it here. Love the connections that have been made here, both with other families and with the instructors. Benny opens the door to greet us, my daughter throws herself out of my arms to go to Emily, and always wants to impress Victoria with her skills. She simply adores them. Parents themselves, they’ve also taught me things by sharing their experiences. Not only does my daughter love it here and has made new friends, but so have I. The Little Gym has cultivated a supportive and loving community for which I’m so grateful.

I recently took my child to this place and I was extremely disappointed. The facility was filthy, with dirt and grime everywhere. To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly rude to my kid, even going so far as to make fun of her. The final straw was The place smells really bad, and I don't feel that kids are safe here. This is absolutely unacceptable for children, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

I really wish I could give this place a zero star. During the free intro class, they really make an impression, however after that it was down hill. I have video of my child being pushed by another child and the instructors did absolutely nothing although they were aware. There are not enough eyes on the children during classes and no emphasis on structure. On my chils’s second visit, they did not even do anything related to gymnastics and lacked control of the class which was very apparent to the parents viewing. The staff stated the director who was supposed to instruct the class wasn't there so the others had no clue what to do. Not to mention the class started late while the staff was sitting talking amongst themselves and another parent had to ask about class starting. It was written all over the staff’s faces that they did not care to be there. In another class, I observed my child patiently waiting to use items in the gym and other aggressive kids pushing past her and again no instructor stepped in. I will not pay for a service for my child to be overlooked or mistreated. I don't expect any sort of special treatment but I do expect organized, professional service in a safe environment.

First class was ok. I’m now on my 3rd class and I’m canceling my membership. The three ladies in there today acted like they didn’t want to be there. I had to ask instructors why class hadn’t started when it was 5 mins past time. They all looked confused and from that point on class was a disaster. All girls appear to have attitudes and didn’t know what was going on. I don’t pay a membership for staff to be talking and not teaching the class. If I could ask for a refund I definitely would because it was horrible. Everybody that was there left early and felt the way I did. When trying to talk to them they said they didn’t know it wasn’t there normal class. Yeah I’ll go back to KidStrong the customer service was better.

Update: We went back to give them another chance because instructor benny will now be my son’s teacher/coach. His attitude and customer service is superb. I really appreciate him for apologizing for my bad experience even though it waant him. We will continue going to the gym.

Enrolled my child there after my friends referred us there. We had a very bad experience overall.

No proper attention is given to students. Not all students will be the same. They never concentrate on the kids who needs attention (kids may be slow because of language barrier or they are new to such environment etc.,). Trainer should identify them and make sure they make the kids feel comfortable. For kids 3-4 year old not every one will be same, so you should be giving more attention to kids who are not doing well (this was not after a long time , in the initial classes).

They also send kids outside for 5 mins saying its for safety (but kids feel it like a punishment when they play themselves and not follow what the coach says). This behavior is normal with kids of young age and my child felt very bad as he was sent out twice like this in a single class. We bring kids to learn and have fun. Not to have such bad experience.

When I enquired about it the say we cannot concentrate on your child since there are a lot of kids in that class, which is not my fault. It's your responsibility to make sure the right count is there. Any group learning sessions have a fixed count (swimming, taekwondo etc.,)

Out of 4 classes in a month , my child attended only 2 classes and we opted out. We did not attend the remaining 2 classes since my kid is not interested and I do not want to force my kid to go there. But they also charged us for the next month (4 more classes even after I said my kid will not be coming for the classes). So in total we have missed 6 classes. If the intention of 30 days notice is to make sure they get another student in place, then this wrong since there were 15 days time when we opted out and also according to them they already have more count in their classes.

My son Leif and I have so much fun at The Little Gym in Round Rock. Nothing negative to say about this place. The employees/instructors are friendly and good with the kids. I hosted my child’s 3rd birthday at this venue, and the concept of guided activities in the gym was great. However, the tight schedule for 2-6-year-olds to complete food, cake cutting, and eating within half a hr felt rushed. The helpers urged us to finish quickly and began cleaning up prematurely. I missed the warmth and consideration from the hosts. Asking that they extend the celebration time for half an hour more for a better experience without charging extra would be reasonable.

I’d like to start off by saying my 2 y.o. loved the beasts class. The staff was friendly and was patient with her during her free intro. So after, on 12/23, my husband and I talked and decided we wanted to sign her up for classes. I went back 30 minutes later to sign up, the girl at the front desk explained scheduling and everything and took my card to pay the $99 sign up fee. I received a receipt that I later ended up losing unfortunately. I went in the following Wednesday for her first paid class and the staff told me that they had no history of me paying for the class and that I was signed up for another intro class. I showed them the bank statement with the charge for $99 for Little Gym. Then they told me that I should’ve been charged through a different company and emailed a receipt which didn’t happen. They told me the manager would call me to sort it out, but she never did so I called her. She was very polite and I sent her the screenshot of the charge. A few days later get an email saying they can’t refund me because they have no record of payment on their system and i should contact my bank because it could be fraud? I asked them to check the cameras to see that I actually paid and whatever happened was a mistake on their part but it’s been over a week and no response, so now I’m fighting with my bank to get the charge taken off. Through out the whole thing the staff made me feel like I was trying to scam them when in reality I was just trying to sign my daughter up for a class that she loved.

I recently signed up for a membership at The Little Land, and my experience has been nothing short of delightful. From the therapeutic music to the engaging thinking games, every moment spent here is filled with joy for both my baby and me. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the emphasis on cleanliness and sanitization is evident throughout my visits.

My baby has quickly made friends, and the inclusive atmosphere fosters a sense of community. I'm so impressed that I'm considering another membership for dance or gymnastics elsewhere while keeping this one for its fantastic playtime offerings. The idea of multiple locations collaborating would be a great enhancement, allowing for flexibility in choosing the nearest spot.

Overall, The Little Land is a gem where fun and cleanliness go hand in hand. I plan to cherish this membership until my child turns five, grateful for the positive experiences and the warm community we've found here. Highly recommended for parents seeking a wholesome playtime haven for their little ones.

What was originally a wonderful little gym run by caring staff with engaging classes turned into angsty, unfriendly, and unaccommodating service. Even worse, after we cancelled they’ve continued to bill us and are impossible to get ahold of. When you do somehow manage to get someone on the phone, they make the same empty promises. I attended an introductory class in January with my toddler at this kids gym. The front desk staff informed me after class that there were no available spots for my toddler until February and asked if I’d like to sign up for classes starting February onward. I agreed and they swiped my card the same day for regular classes starting in February. I was able to find another gym the same day where he could start classes immediately and emailed TLG to cancel the membership that hadn’t even started yet. They sent me a google form to fill out which I completed the same day. Fast forward to a couple of days ago I noticed two charges. One for the introductory class (around $22) but they also charged me for the full month of February ($99) even though I had cancelled my membership before it began. While they did process a partial refund (around $53 which I never received btw), they kept a portion as "fees" which was unclear and disappointing. The wrong desk was not able to help clarify nor explain what happened. The lack of transparency and unhelpful customer service left a bad impression. I would not recommend this gym to other parents looking for a reliable and customer-focused kids gym.

This place is GREAT! I have a two year old boy and we bring him here to this location every Saturday to play, jump, learn coordination and to socialize around other kiddos his age. The instructors are young but experienced and have an energy level I cannot emulate! It's obvious they love their job and although it must have its challenges, working with little ones all the time, they don't show it :-) I love that my baby can go to The Little Gym Round Rock and work off some energy in a safe environment. We get to run and play with him there as well, so it's interactive for the parents, too, and in these early years, I find it so valuable to spend this precious time with him while he learns fun things.

The staff- especially Miss Amy, who I've dealt with the most- as well as Miss Kelly are professional, sweet, accommodating and attentive. They make your child feel great and are very hands on. How in the world they can remember every child's name every weekend is beyond me! We also love that there are events throughout the month for members which have been super fun- the Halloween Boo Bash was so great!

In addition, they keep the place as clean and germ-free as possible (which is tough with so many kids!). They have a bathroom with a changing station, plenty of books and toys in the waiting area and fun decor to keep the place in season.

They do a great job here and it's a fantastic place to bring your child.

My children love this place, and particularly Miss Amy. She is a friendly, fun and attentive teacher. My youngest is probably the youngest child in class and prefers to do his own thing over following instructions, and rather than pressuring him to sit still or pay attention, they allow him to explore (as long as it's safe). Most of the teachers are very accommodating. For example, my youngest was afraid of the loud music and the teachers stopped the loud music so he could participate.

I truly commend the teachers for making a point to know every child's name. TLG classes are marked with positive encouragement on a personal and group level. At the end of class, the lead teacher comes out to give a brief recap of what the class did and also speaks to each child's parents about their progress or development.

This is not, however, a dance or a martial arts academy. The goal is not for children to master a form of art here, but to keep them entertained and moving while exploring and becoming confident with body movements.

My son and daughter attend classes at the Little Gym of Round Rock - we ABSOLUTELY love it and completely recommend this location and it's teachers!

My daughter takes a parent & child Ballet/Gymnastics class with Miss Leah. The first part of the class is dedicated to Ballet, where the kids learn basic ballet moves and begin to learn participation independent of their caregiver. Then they move on to the bigger gym, where they learn Gymnastics such as how to properly do a forward roll, assisted "flips" on the bar, various climbing "tricks" and the balance beam. The caregivers attending the class with the child, are expected to assist & spot their children during the independent exploration time, while the instructor provides guidance and 1:1 spotting of each child during the stations that the children go through one at a time. Lauren loves this class and is always one of the first to volunteer when the teacher requests one of the students to demonstrate a new gymnastics move. She completely trusts her teacher and will even request that Miss Leah will assist her in the trick she is trying to do and NOT Mommy!

My son attends the Sports class with Mr. Johnny. In this class, they cycle through various sports during the session as well as incorporate various gymnastics skills (similar to those listed above, but more complicated moves). During each station, the teacher pulls one child off at a time to learn specifics about the sport or the new gymnastics move. During this time, since the children are older, they are allowed to explore and practice on two other stations that the instructor has set up and provided instruction on what to and how to do it. My son has always been hesitant to try new things, but he trusts Mr. Johnny implicitly and will attempt anything that is thrown his way. I love that he has such a great relationship with his teacher and his confidence has grown with leaps and bounds during the 9 months he has been in the class.

Both kids also attend the weekly drop in sessions provided by the Little Gym. These practice sessions are GREAT for reinforcing the gymnastics that they have learned in their respective classes earlier in the week. Also, even though I have specifically called out the "main" teachers my kids have had, from time to time a substitute has filled in and we get the same great attention and experience, every single session.

I no longer send my daughter to classes at The Little Gym of Round Rock. They do not have an experienced dance teacher leading the classes, and each dance session seemed to get shorter and shorter with no new content learned. The tumbling portion of classes turned into a no trust situation with the instructor. She let my daughter fall enough times without being a spot, and we observed her letting other kids fall that my daughter did not trust her and would not let her spot her. Absolutely not worth the money!
