We like the teachers at this school , they worked hard for the kids .
But we are very unhappy with the management . We told them and emailed them ( more then a month ago ) that our kids taking a brake by mid of April , and they told us we will have to pay for 2 weeks only .
Today they kicked my 2 boys out of the school demanding a payment for the whole month .
Its really not about the money and shows your real face and attitude to the kids that coming to train here and to their parents.
Shame on you !

We have 3 kids enrolled in classes here and have been a part of this gym for the last few years. This place is great on all aspects. Kind and caring coaches and staff. We moved farther away and still commute here even though other gyms are much closer. Its the people that really make this place shine. Especially Coach Logan, Coach Rachel, and Ms. Becky!

We have had a birthday party here plus taking kid classes here for over a year now. The birthday party was great - efficient, clean, super fun and unique place for kids to play. I really like the kids classes too - lots of individual attention, impressive workouts, personable teachers. I highly recommend this place for kids gymnastics classes or kid parties.

We have had our five year old in gymnastics for a few months now and recently had her birthday party here. It’s been nothing but a positive experience. Coaches are super friendly and caring. I also highly recommend having a birthday party here as they were able to accommodate and organize 30 kids with ease. The kids and parents loved it!

I was a gymnast here for many years and had an amazing experience, I highly recommend it to people who either just want to have fun, or for anyone that wants to get into competitive gymnastics

I had a great experience for my granddaughter. The coaches were kind, firm, and monitored her progress. She enjoys the variety and upbeat personality of the coaches.

Excellent, professional and caring. We’ve had 5 of our kids attending classes at the Palaestra over the past 4 years. One of our daughters is in her third year on their Tumbling and Trampoline team. Before this we attended 3 other gyms. Ms. Becki, the owner, has a professional and stable staff that truly knows their athletes and cares about their health- body, mind, and spirit. With Covid, Tumbling and Trampoline Team had been one of the few activities we’ve been able to continue. Because of their care in keeping a healthy environment we’ve been able to continue training and not felt at increased risk for infection. Palaestra has truly been a gift to our family and is worth the investment for professional, personal, caring and healthy gym experience.

I wish I had been deterred by the existing poor reviews for Palaestra - but I went ahead because it was a convenient location for my kids to go to after school. While I understand some rules have to be in place for covid, I cannot send my kids to a facility that won’t let them use the restroom. Not only that, my kids and nanny reported that the “lady who takes their temperature” was very rude in front of other people and did not let them use the restroom if they got there more than 5 minutes before class. A 3 year old does not have the bladder control of an adult. We go to 3 other classes and nowhere have we been forbidden from using services that we pay for. The lady who spoke to me on the phone, presumably the owner, was rude, unyielding and completely lacking empathy. My kids used to previously attend Woga which was miles ahead of Palaestra on every level. I have immediately pulled my kids out of here. Go here at your own risk !

I’m an the competition team for tnt here and I have to say it has been one of the most amazing experiences I’ve had in my 15 years on earth. Coach’s becki, Mary Beth, Sigorney, and holly have made such an impact in my life. It is really like a family here! I’ve read all the comments. As for diversity our staff sets out to include every one. We have a few people who are not white on our team. This gym is run by a Christian family. If your worried about enrolling bc your not if that religion don’t worry! Everyone will treat you like anyone else. Religion is not a common topic to be brought up! Anyways APPLY TO PALAESTRA!!!! WE SMILE UPSIDEDOWN!

We have been coming to the Palaestra for 12 years. This is my daughters home away from home. Ask them where they want to be on their time off and you will hear: Gym! The minute you walk in the door you feel welcome. The staff is top notch and well respected. We have been involved in Becki's babies, rec classes, open gym, masquerade balls at Halloween, birthday parties and team. There has never been a bad experience. Becki and her staff create a great rapport with the kids and I know that mine are having fun and staying fit in a safe environment. We Love the Palaestra!

My 18 month old and I have been coming here every week for the past 5 months and we are so glad we found this place. Everything is really clean and the staff is so welcoming and friendly! We have not signed up for any classes YET but definitely plan on doing so in the future! Open play fridays is a great way for kids to get some exercise in specially when the playgrounds aren't too convenient due to weather.

The owner Becky is missing elements of being tactful and courteous. She insulted my wife when my wife asked her a question about wifi use. I have to agree with the other review about wealthy people being prevalent here and how the aura of equality disparity can be felt in subtle ways. The owner definitely treated my Asian wife with disrespect that I would imagine would have not existed had it been a mother of European descent with a gold plated stroller. I was stressed out the entire time I was there. If you have a business catered only to the elite (maybe Caucasian as well), then please try to filter our kind out before we pay your membership dues.

The palaestra has been like a second home to me! Every time I step foot in there I get welcomed with open arms by all the staff! My daughter started attending mini classes (classes for babies) and she loves it!! All the coaches just want to see you and your kids happy!! Such a wonderful inviorment for me and my child! I highly recommend this place to anyone!!

This review is solely based on a birthday party experience. We don't have a kiddo at gymnastics here or any sort of regular attendance.
Note the location and look at the pics I uploaded. It's located in a sort of warehouse / industrial area. It'd be easy to miss if you weren't paying attention. We were also told not to park at the place next door or we'd be towed - FYI...
Today we attended a birthday party for a 4-year old at this place. It was an hour and a half of "open gym" time followed by... almost an hour, I think, of birthday cake and festivities time. Not only did the kids have a blast, but us parents did too. Yeah, all of us had to bounce into the foam block pit because, duh, it's super fun. Some of the bolder dads even did flips and half gainers and impressive stuff. Super fun to watch... and partake in.
Like a trampoline park, they have trampolines everywhere. Different kinds, some of which give you some serious ups. They also have balance beams, bars, rings, ropes, and even "curtains" or whatever those Cirque de Whatever things are called. Some of these things were off limits for the party, but almost the entire place was fair game. It was super fun for everyone. They had a couple of staff roaming around who were super nice and friendly. (Good Aggies, too. :)
After open gym time, we retired to the birthday room, where we had cake, snacks, and birthday festivities. They had plenty of mobile tables so the room had a lot of flexibility. It was also big enough to cram quite a lot of kids and parents into.
Long story short: I would definitely recommend this place for a birthday party. And it was not the same as a regular trampoline park, which made it more interesting and appealing to me (even if trampoline parks are also fun). They also gave free open passes to us as part of party favors, so we can bring our son back on certain open-gym days to have fun again. Nice touch!

Daughter did a camp there last summer and absolutely loved it. Everyone was so nice and happy to have her. Class size was small and George was great with her (she was 2 1/2)

Tried to use a Groupon here because we've heard great things, but they took 3 weeks to return my calls and when they finally did were very unhelpful and inflexible. Had to approach Groupon for a refund and the gym still will not return my calls to cancel our camp reservations. After I had this experience, a few friends told me that even though the gym is great they have had poor customer service from the gym in the past so they were not surprised. I would have liked to have known that before committing to large purchase as I did and also before recommending the gym to others (as I also had). Hopefully this will save other parents from the same experience.

The staff was nice, but it's for white kids only. Preferably rich white kids only. And the parents there will make you aware of it if you do not belong.
