I must say, it works very well, and it's only 20 minutes a few times a week!
I really love it and love the method and the one on one. It's not cheap by no means. I'd say it's around $90 per session for 20-25 minutes. I only do it 4 times a month and then I work out on my own. It's not hard to learn this method. But I like the help, being pushed, someone knowing what they are doing, setting the weights, etc. You try to get better each time you go in and put more weight on. They definitely know what they are doing!
