I had osteopenia and was looking for a place to help me build up bone and muscle. I found The Perfect Workout and set up an appointment with Julie for a free initial visit. After meeting Julie and Kippy, I knew I had found the right place. I started doing two sessions per week and the difference was very noticeable within months. I can’t recommend them enough!

A family member was getting great results from The Perfect Workout and recommended I try it. Having never gone to a gym or personal trainer, I was hesitant and a little scared! Julie immediately put me at ease and showed me how each machine worked. She’s very knowledgeable and started me out at levels that were doable but challenging. What’s amazing is I began seeing increased muscle tone and strength from just one 20 minute session per week. And even though I had been doing regular cardio, I started to lose weight. I really appreciate Julie’s (and Kippy’s too!) patience, caring, motivation and expertise. Highly recommend!

When I first started The Perfect Workout, I was overweight, had osteopenia, and didn’t feel strong. I was excited to start seeing results after just two weeks! Because of the workouts, I feel great, have lost over 40 pounds, have better posture, and my bone density is in the normal range ☺️. Not bad for a 75 year old woman! I was referred to the Perfect Workout by a dear friend. When I heard her talking about it it seemed too good to be true.It is 20 minutes 2 times a week. I was in a car accident and had been looking for an exercise program to get healthy and gain my strength back. I tried the Perfect Workout and I love it! My personal trainer is Janine and she has been so amazing to help me regain strength and not hurt myself. All the trainers I have had care about me and the clients and are wonderful. It is like having your own personal cheerleader! I highly recommend the Perfect Workout!
