This is an AMAZING WORKOUT! I canβt tell you what a difference it makes especially if you donβt have a lot of time to do Strength Training!! I have been going for 7 years continuously and IβM SO GRATEFUL TO THIS TEAM! SO ENCOURAGING AND I CANT WAIT TO GO TWICE A WEEK !! The workout is most effective as well as efficient. After 25 minutes my greatest challenge is to try and walk down the set of stairs with my quivering legs without holding onto the handrail!

This was my first Complimentary visit. I was curious and wanted to find out what this program was all about, it has come up on my Facebook page several times. I was very impressed with all of the Staff members! (Jordan, Laura, Hannah, John) each one of the staff members that I spoke to were very professional, genuine, transparent. Excellent customer service! Great team work! They like what they do! Which is very hard to find people that love or at least like what they do. I loved the fact that there were no high pressure sales, unlike a lot of gyms. If you are looking to improve your health, I highly recommend you seriously considering this type of program and joining.

The Perfect Workout has been a revelation for me! I never really enjoyed working out but knew it was important for me to do it. When I learned about The Perfect Workout I decided to give it a try because it is only 20 minutes, and I have been so amazed and impressed with the results that I can't ever consider doing anything else. The trainers are all great, and friendly, and flexible to accommodate timing issues, but most importantly, they are knowledgeable and clearly care about helping you reach your goals, whatever they are. I have been working out with Jon-Erik Hernandez for a good while now and he is terrific! He has advice on things I can do at home, as well as nutrition tips. All in all, a fantastic experience that I highly recommend.

This is where any busy person should go to work out! Like most people, I am overwhelmed by daily responsibilities. I knew I needed to work out. I figured I needed a good trainer and I knew I needed fast, no nonsense, effective workouts. After quite a bit of exploration and analysis, I settled on The Perfect Workout. It has been a perfect choice for me. Like other late 50ish women, I have my share of age, health and lifestyle related issues. PW has been extraordinarily professional and helpful in modifications that protected my body but did not decrease the effectiveness of the workout. I am working harder and getting better results than I thought possible. This method works and the fitness professionals at PW are mature and well trained. It is more like a physical therapy setting than a gym. No mirrors, no music, no more than 3 or 4 people working at the same time. The high intensity nature of the workout requires focus, concentration and good leadership. I am very pleased with how well my body has tolerated and responded to this high intensity training. And, a shout out to Ryan, my favorite trainer. He is the perfect combination of coach and mentor and task master for me. But, I need to say that I have talked to and watched all the other trainers work. There is a personality and a motivation technique that is special to each trainer. I would be comfortable working with any trainer if my schedule did to permit working with Ryan. Tha'ts a cool thing about the PW system, If my schedule does not match Ryan's, I feel comfortable working with another trainer. The Perfect Workout is indeed perfect if you want GREAT results for your investment of time and money.

The Perfect Workout has been just that for me. Is hard to imagine that 20 minutes, twice a week, can be so effective but it is. TRULY. I have never felt more energized or strong. I love having an upbeat, well-trained, trainer at my side to encourage me and to make sure I am positioned correctly for each of the stations throughout the workout. I have toned up, slimmed down, have a much stronger core, better posture, sleep better and in general feel like I have found the best workout possible, utilizing my time in the most effective way and upping my energy level immeasurably.
