I walked in, I guess it's by appt only? I was met by two doe eyed women, who just stared back at me. I ask if they work here and the employee tells me she can't be interrupted. I didn't know anyone's time was so precious you couldn't get a hello, name, and some instruction to call a number or visit a website for more info. Every service job is in the business of customer service; it's lacking at this location. The building and room felt depressing as well. I can't say anything about the particular workout/personal training service provided though nor do I feel like a would want to experience it or refer somewhere there. Lost a customer and referrals because don't know how to be cordial anymore. It's actually really easy to stand out beyond mediocre in today's culture. But I guess not that easy.

Absolutely horrible company. They have no ethics whatsoever. From constantly missing appointment times, hiring people who don’t know what they’re doing, and lying about removing your information from their system once you’re done with their nonsense. Now over a year later I’m getting harassing text messages, when they had promised to remove my info and stop contacting me. Be warned, this company is a money grab. There are much better places to get personal training that are a lot more effective and a lot less hassle.

This is one of the best workouts and it only takes 20 minutes. I have a lot of aches and pains and I really feel like these workouts minimize how much pain I do have. The trainer's are wonderful and I have especially enjoyed having Kent work with me!!
