The Perfect Workout has been perfect for me so far. This is my first experience with this type of program. At my age, it is both safe and effective. I have noticed previously weak areas become strengthened since I have begun. I had a previously injured shoulder and lower that are showing significant signs of improvement. Christian is both encouraging and challenging during the workout. I am grateful for the experience and hope to continue to improve as I progress along the journey.

I love the Perfect Workout and have been attending for at least 3 years. It is the perfect exercise program for me because it takes only 20 minutes twice a week! I generally don’t enjoy working out but can definitely get myself to the Perfect Workout twice a week for 20 minutes! Christian Theiss is a most excellent trainer as he consistently challenges me to lift heavier weights and pushes me on my times. I always leave feeling stronger after a great workout. The Perfect Workout – This is just too good not to share!
I am absolutely sold on this program and their technique and here’s why … I am not a workout Barbie or gym rat…I’m a 59-year-old, somewhat sedentary woman, enduring the issues that come with that stage of life (menopause, osteopenia and loss of strength). Long story short, I got scared and realized I needed to do something if I wanted to stay upright in my golden years. I discovered The Perfect Workout and was drawn to it because it was strength training for only 20 minutes 1 or 2x a week with a Trainer, and it does not include all the jumping around, running or cardio moves that someone my age is just not interested in, or able to do. I am more than excited about my results so far. Not only do I now have definition in my arms and legs but have a much stronger core which most definitely helped to improve my posture, etc. In my younger years working out at the gym 2-3x a week I did not achieve what I have here in just 3 months! This is seriously the best thing I have done for myself in a very long time, and I highly recommend this program!

Perfect Workout has changed my life! I used to be on medication for arthritis in my knees and for my back - was just waiting until I HAD to have back surgery. But after doing one workout a week for 6 months + , I no longer had knee pain and back pain only rarely after working out in the yard. I have been doing the workouts for over 2 years now and I don't see needing surgery or any prescription drugs in my near or distant future!
