After just 3 weeks, I've noticed I am feeling stronger on stairs, lifting is easier and overall feel really well and have a higher energy level. I'm so grateful for my personal trainer who encourages me every time to push to the next level. I'm 70 and have had hip replacement and then a revision and feel like my trainer is careful and watchful of my posture, my frame and I have no problems doing the training.

Great workout! Iβve never been able to add muscle until I started at The Perfect Workout. Within a month of joining, I can see and feel muscle definition. My trainer is very attentive to my needs and limitations. It really is as close to perfection as Iβve found in a gym/exercise program.

I love TPW. I get a quick, but highly effective workout in 20 min, and in 4 short months I have a totally toned body, and Iβm soon to be 60, Iβm not a 20-something. I was as soft as room temperature butter when I started. It relieved a HOST of aches and pains also. As an RN I know that when your body is flabby the lax muscles cause movements to pull in odd ways on your body, causing stress on the muscles, ligaments, tendons, etc and leading to pains. Strong muscles lead to smooth, controlled movements and synergy in your body. I feel great! It feels good to feel good. I felt bad for too many years. I finally took time to take care of me so I can better help others. However, my time is very valuable to me and TPW gives me the exercise I need in a very compact time frame so I can do all I need to do and want to do!

I enjoyed 2 years of working out at Perfect Workout in Clear Lake. I was able to make significant gains in strength. In each session
I was guided through a 20 minute full-body workout using various machines. Repetitions were performed slowly using strict form.
The personal trainers were all great and they were very diligent about documenting progress and making adjustments to my routine when needed. I highly recommend PW!

Charissa Mood is an awesome trainer and The Perfect Workout is just that. After three kids, working out almost daily, even running marathons, I have not received the results of the lose of inches I have in one 20 minute workout a week at The Perfect Workout. I am back in a size I was before children that I hadn't ever been after children, feel stronger with a better posture and owe it all to The Perfect Workout. Before I came to the perfect workout my body ached all the time and it was hard to do any exercise. My body and joints no longer hurt and the shape of my body has changed so much I feel strong and healthy. The clear lake team is like family now and they will treat you like their family from the very beginning. Best decision I've ever made! You never think much can change in 20 min but you will be surprised I promise. Give it a chance.
