They actually analyze my performance and just a month or so ago we changed my workout and strength is moving up again. Weight loss not really, but I have been told I do not eat enough! I increased and weight went up! So we are all confused what is required. It was noted years ago that my body adjusts efficiently that is why weight loss occurs for a few lbs but not like I see with other individuals.

I love that my trainer was willing to adjust the schedule to allow for my budget but she’s still attentive to me and following up with me to make sure I’m keeping on track. I had never really exercised regularly before starting The Perfect Workout several months ago, and now I could not imagine giving it up. Forget your usual excuses of finding time to exercise...the personal trainers work early and late to accommodate most any scheduling problem. Katherine is extremely motivating and patient, and continually strives to modify the workout to keep it challenging and beneficial, but something you can do despite any physical limitations. She is great, and I have worked with two other trainers there who were also very good. The results are great...physically and mentally. I would recommend it to anyone!

I have been totally delighted with perfect workout! Even my son has noticed the strength I have in my upper and lower body since I have been doing perfect workout! I have more confidence. I love that it is only 20 minutes twice a week. I love that I am creating muscle that will burn more calories. I love my firm body. I love my personal coach, Katherine. She encourages, complements and reminds me to refresh my core and release my tense shoulders. I could not do this without her wonderful guidance! If this keeps me out of a nursing home for just one month more, it is worth every penny of it! Especially to feel so healthy!

Value! Within 20 minutes a whole body workout is completed (taken to exhaustion) without taking hour(s) out of your day. The personal trainers are always making sure they are getting "all you have" while protecting from injury. As far as I'm concerned, "Perfect" in their name means exactly what it says.
