Decent gym overall. The staff are all great. It’s tightly packed so if there are a lot of people, you will be bumping elbows. It gets very hot in the summer so keep that in mind. My biggest gripe is that the owners only got new equipment for things they wanted to try out while everything else was never updated. I noticed a TON of strong man equipment one day while their preacher curl and leg curl machines remained the same with huge holes and tears on the padding. Heavier dumbbells were also falling apart and I was always hesitant in using them because the end weights would be loose. Good luck using the cardio equipment too since only the treadmills ever worked. If they spent some money on maintenance, this place would be much better.

After checking multiple times online,
About staffed hours, day passes, and driving 45 minutes. Gym was locked, when I called, I was told no staff was there and to come back. Don't waste your time.

My Fiancé called ahead of time and spoke to an employee about the day pass. But when we arrived we could not get anyone to let us in or respond . Here tried calling three times knocked on the door. This place has 4 entrances and none were open.

I really love this gym but my only problem was when I cancelled my membership I Paid for the first and last month when I first signed up. I sent a couple emails asking them when my last day of access would be since I paid for my first and last month plus they had just taken one more month the day before they cancelled I should still have access for another month but I got no response on my question. All I got was a “membership cancelled” on my email. my question never got answered. This gym was awesome I hated that I had to cancel my membership I just had to due to change in jobs. Communication could be a bit better and clear but other than that the facility is awesome. I tried to go to the gym since I had just been charged another month but access was removed.

Incredible facility for powerlifting. All the equipment you could want, plenty of spaces (even when it's busy), and a clearly knowledgeable staff made lifting at this gym a pretty special experience.

This gym has plenty of combo racks, deadlift platforms, racks with heavy duty spotter arms, a great selection of standard and specialty barbells, calibrated plates, GHD, reverse hyper, and belt squat. I wish every gym was this awesome!

Great gym! Great environment to work out in definitely a judge free zone very good weights if you’re a powerlifter you can control the music which is something I really love about the gym 24/7 you can go anytime you want and you can have a decent conversation with the staff and likeable friendly people overall this gym is better than any commercial gym I’ve gone too and I don’t regret getting a membership definitely gonna stay in for long term I love this gym so much with a passion

This is a small warehouse gym but it has everything you need from equipment, therapeutic massage, supplements, and even a shower! Honestly glad I found this gym.

Found this gym on instagram so I decided to buy the day fee...my first day here I was sold! It’s such a refreshing break from your usual commercial gym. I really enjoy the positive atmosphere here and how kind and supportive everyone is! I will definitely be training here for a while...also super excited because there’s word on expansion too, this gym has great potential!!!
