For the most part,the class was very enjoyable besides some of the slick ,snobbish & sarcastic remarks the instructor was giving . Though full payment is required 24 hours in advanced ,I accidentally over counted the amount of guest and told Asia about it . She refused to refund me what I overpaid which was for 2 guest . This payments wasn’t made by credit card but by zelle payment directly to Asia and she stated “ her manager” said they wouldn’t be able to refund me my money for guest that was NEVER present . we also didn’t recieve any information on do’s or don’t & alot of my guest either had on pants or lotion making it difficult to even participate . For the simple fact ,they refused to refund my money for guest that wasn’t present & their choice of instructor “that don’t have a boss” … I wouldn’t recommend to anyone and definitely won’t be my choice next time around .

Instructor did not pay attention to me at all, even when I struggled. It gave me a very sour feel of the place. Never coming again! However, I do feel like I learned some moves, and the instructor does pay attention to the specific parts of the body that should be moved when doing the movements—HOWEVER, I am quite disappointed with how much I was ignored in the class.

Took a pole beginner class for the first time with Asia and she made me feel so comfortable. We started off the class with a 10 minute stretch then went straight into learning 3 foundational techniques. She explained every technique thoroughly and would correct your form, not only was she detailed in her explanation but would also joke around in class which made us feel even more comfortable. We went over the techniques with and without music to get a feel for the beat. The class was small, about 5-6 girls so we were able to get 1:1 with her briefly which I really appreciated. I’m looking forward to taking more classes with other instructors. Highly recommend this studio!

This was my first time coming & I definitely won’t be back. My experience but was horrible. First, the class didn’t start on time. Second, the floors were leaking water which is a danger to everyone so I don’t know why classes weren’t cancelled due to a safety hazard. Third, I was asked to share a pole with another girl which cut into my time on actually getting to feel comfortable. I found that very unsanitary and just basic disrespectful. This was such a waste of time. Do better! And let people know before hand that your floors are leaking!

I attended the Im new to this beginner’s pole class with my friends. When I say I thoroughly enjoyed my time in this class!!!!:) The instructor was patient and made sure everyone was able to piece together the moves and put it together for a routine I enjoyed!!

Brought two of my friends for our 1st pole class and got more than we expected. Instructor effectively utilized class time to teach new techniques. I've been coming here for over a year! Despite me being inconsistent one thing that remains the same at the pole experience is the clean space to practice pole and down to earth instructors! During covid, I booked a 1 hour private pole session and also had a credit for a 5 pass bundle deal. The owner decided I waited too long to use my credit and reduced my account credit to $0. She refused to honor my credits and refused to give me a refund. She was extremely rude and stop responding to my text and calls. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone.

Horrible experience. My class was scheduled from 11-12pm. I got there by 10:45 and the doors were locked I waited 45 mins. Other people were waiting outside inside the cold. They finally sent an email saying the class was cancelled at 12:02. They didn’t offer a refund but credit for my next class. I’m never coming back.

This is not the place to go if you want to learn and improve on a pole. This is the place to go if you throw a party or want something fun to do with your friends.

I signed up for pole tech because it was a class that was supposed to focus on spins and tricks on the pole and learning and improving. We did nothing the whole class. We did not stretch and the instructor never taught us anything on the pole. There was not even a semblance of a workout. Most people just sat and talked or played a little game trying to get cotton balls in a bucket with their eyes closed.

To be fair, the people who were regulars seemed to be having fun and everyone was nice. It seems to be more of a social gathering than anything. But I went to learn and instead spent money to drive over an hour and sit on a mat for another hour.

My bridal party and I had a wonderful time attending the pole experience for part 1 of my bachelorette festivities. AJ was our instructor and he was very energetic, friendly, welcoming and patient with us. He took us step by step and made every experience fun and memorable! I was a bit nervous at first although the pole dancing was my idea but once I met AJ I was like nervous for what. He was definitely a great hype man and was very energetic. I booked a pole dance class for a bachelorette trip in Houston through the Bach app. We arrive at our appointment time and there is another party already there, the instructor was very unprofessional and the place smelled strongly like marijuana. After speaking to the owner, she acknowledged that the booking department must have missed our reservation and never put it on the schedule. She tried her best to accommodate our group for another time slot but nothing worked for us. Our group was not comfortable attending anyway after seeing the studio as it was.

Im visiting from Virginia and wanted to have my 30 yr old God Daughter try what I love so much. I first spoke with a young lady named Asia. She was professional, kind and a lot of fun. I knew right away this was the place to go. They were kind enough to be able to squeeze us in the next day for a private lesson. We were lucky enough to have an instructor named Geona. Having some experience, I can tell you this young lady is a GREAT instructor. She's patient, knowledgeable and reads her students well. Some learn thru doing, some learn thru watching and copying. She's able to see which method suits your particular style. We walked out of there tired and smiling. Pole has gained a new addict and it's due to the ladies at The Pole Experience. My short time with The Pole Experience was very poor and distasteful. I came in yesterday with the expectation to have fun, learn, and be welcomed into a new environment as this would have been my first time participating in this business’ services. Unfortunately, I was met with disdain and a lack of professionalism. Tiffany Smith aka Royal T regrettable informed my friend and I that The Pole Experience does not accept Class Pass credits. However, just 5 days ago before booking, a customer left a review of their experience with one of the classes offered on Class Pass. When we asked Tiffany, why their business is on class pass she did not have a valuable response. Neither was Tiffany’s response valuable or polite to how we could receive our credits back. She insisted that Asia, the owner, does not accept Class Pass credits and to take up our complaints with Class Pass. However, what doesn’t make sense to me is how a business can operate on a well known site and app, accept credits from clients, and not communicate with the site or clients as to why they are present on a app that they “no longer” accept credits from. By far the worst experience I’ve had with any studio in Houston.

I don’t recommend this place if you want proper training on the pole. If you just want to screw around, it’s fine.
The owner isn’t knowledgeable on pole and anatomy and therefore hires people who don’t know how to teach properly. Moves are being taught wrong and inefficiently in a way that can cause injury. Pole is an extreme sport and instructors should know what they’ve doing.

I loved my experience as this was my first time ever taking a pole class. It’s no joke it’s very difficult but had a lot of fun. The host was very nice and professional I was there under a birthday reservation and we were able to decorate and bring some wine and cake. I would recommend everyone to try it with a group of friends or even if interested in a very great full body workout. Can’t wait to go back!!

If you have the slightest doubt whether to take a course !!! DO IT !! You will not regret it. I had set a side a party bundle to take beginner’s course with my friends for my birthday and we enjoyed every minute of it. The instructor was so patient, made you feel comfortable and she had amazing vibes. Also the ambiance is good and they put the cutest decor which is great for photos. Celebrated my Birthday with a few friends and had an amazing time. Asia was great at teaching and modifying the the choreography because we were all different shapes and sizes. She taught us proper hand/legs positioning for swinging and climbing the pole. She even took the time to teach other techniques outside of the choreography. Overall it was a blast, would recommend it to anybody no matter shape or size.
