Such a fun workout! Love the push marks they have set and how you can actually see your own growth. Each workout is unique and ever changing. I am certain I am stronger and have more endurance in my runs than I did prior to the Push Code!

The Push Code is by far my favorite class in East Texas! It gives me the perfect amount of cardio and weight training. I burn 3x the amount of calories each class than when I work out alone. They always play great music and have really convenient class times! Highly recommend this class!

The push code is different type of class anywhere in town. It’s cardio, strength , and high intensity workout all in one and in a hour!! It’s addicting and anyone can do it at any level whether you are a beginner or been working out for years. Love the place and the people are awesome!!also you can sign up through an app so it’s hassle free.

Literally the best workout class I’ve done in years! I love the interval training, it really pushes me to be at 100% during the interval. And it doesn’t hurt that the music and atmosphere are BOMB!

I absolutely love this class! The class times are super convenient making it easy to schedule and even allowing for flexibility such as an opportunity to work out on your lunch break if you so choose! I have already lost close to 70 pounds and feel great. I’ enjoy setting my own PRs and watching the progress I make each week. Tremendous class!!! We've been members at this gym for a number of years. Josh and Holly are amazing people and trainers. The Push Code is one of the hardest and most rewarding workout classes out there. My wife and I race in OCR(Obstacle Course Racing) and this class helps us prepare for them better then anything we've done to this point. Give it a try, I promise you won't be disappointed!!

If you want a great workout come to this place! My bro, mom and myself went the day after Thanksgiving! I love the different age groups, fitness level! You don’t feel you have to be a certain fitness level or age to do this workout! Plus for my mom as well who doesn’t like being involved in a class workout setting loved it! Holly and Josh helped us make sure we knew what we were doing and proper technique without singling us out ( which made us feel so much happier and confident)! Will definitely be doing this class again when I visit good ole ETX but mom first time afterwards asked for schedule and signing up which was to my surprise! So if that tells you anything! It’s a great independent yet apart of a team workout environment!

The Push Code offers a super motivating atmosphere to get in a good workout! Each workout allows you to push yourself as much or as little as you want, so it's a good option no matter your fitness level. Josh and Holly really know their stuff and have all of the workouts down to a science. They are super welcoming and make each person that comes into their gym feel like a friend. Call me crazy but I can honestly say I look forward to showing up to my workout every time!!

I started Push classes a year ago as a way to accelerate my weight loss as I eased back into weight training. I didn't intend on staying with it but the atmosphere and design of the program make it a fun and interesting way to maintain my cardio and im still here. With the integrated weight/resistance training I can do classes a couple of times a week and I don't feel like I'm skipping out on weight training. These classes are a great way to stay fit and I no longer have to force myself to get on the treadmills or ellipticals.

Absolutely my favorite workout and I burn major calories. I LOVE LOVE the atmosphere and music. It’s a workout that any and everyone can do no matter your age or experience. This is coming from someone who hates any and all cardio. Josh, Holly, and their staff are very personable and willing to take the time out to explain all the equipment and exercises. Oh and I love the fact that the classes

I have done my share of workout programs (crossfit, bootcamps, running clubs, etc.) in Longview, and this one is by far my favorite. EVERYONE can do this workout no matter what fitness level you feel you are at. I love how all of the workouts are broken into 7 minute segments letting you push to your limits in the shorter time spans. My favorite thing, however, is that there is a different program for every day of the week- Endurance, Strength, Speed, HIIT, Boot Camp and Marathon. I never get tired are burnt out of doing the same thing every day because it is always changing. You can also tell how much Josh and Holly care about each of their members. Such a great place to find a fitness family.

The Push Code is an awesome workout...the “Push Marks” (levels of achievement) are a great way for me to measure my improvement in class! The music is always great and it really drives me to push myself harder and to my max! I also like to see how many moves I made and calories burned and heart rate percent at the end of class! I love it!
