The Quad is an amazing fitness studio!! I had not really worked out before and wanted to get healthier. I did not know how to start, so I decided I needed to find a place where I would get personalized instruction and guidance. After hearing a lot about the Quad I decided to give it a shot. I started in July with Nate as my personal trainer, and I have been so happy! He has instructed me so well and helped me get a lot stronger! They accommodate every fitness level at the Quad. As someone who did not work out before, I really appreciate their patience and guidance. If you want to get healthier but don't know where to start- join the Quad! You will love it.

After moving to Corpus Christi, I wanted to find a good community and a good gym....little did I know I would find a two-in-one! The coaches and other gym-goers always push each other to give our best, even if our best isn't 100% that day. I have seen and felt dramatic improvement in my strength. As someone who used to hate lifting and preferred running, The Quad has made me prefer to lift than run! I’ve been attending the group classes for about three months now. I really enjoy the time spent working out. The work out is thoughtful and has a good balance between variety and developing consistency. Fairly rigorous but achievable. The coaches are very friendly and truly interested in making your time there as valuable as it could be. The group classes have a nice and easy camaraderie with a variety of ages and fitness levels and it’s easy to fit in.

I’ve just completed my foundations training with Cayla at The Quad. Cayla provides clear and targeted instruction basing the workout in my stated needs. In addition to her professional acumen, Cayla is encouraging and kind. I especially love the “hi-fives”. I cannot say enough good things about this gym. The trainers pay attention! They guide you through the work outs and offer modifications depending on your fitness level. I joined the Quad at the beginning of this year and I’m so glad I did. All of the coaches are so kind and helpful. The group classes have such great energy and it makes working out fun! I love to see the growth in myself and I’m happy to have found a place that pushes me to be the best I can be. I even convinced my mom to join! Looking forward to many more great workouts and getting even stronger. If you are looking for a gym that’s more than just a place to workout, I cannot recommend the Quad highly enough.

Joining the Quad is without a doubt the best investment I've made for my health and wellbeing. The staff and coaches are all very friendly, which actually makes me want to train. My energy levels, body composition, and confidence have significantly changed during the past 3 months that I have been going there. I walked into The Quad March 2021 the heaviest I had ever been, thanks 2020. I started slow with a few private lessons with Coach Nate. Now with a balanced training schedule and better nutrition I am on my way to being in the best shape of my life.
The Quad offers a community of shared interests and goals.
A plus to The Quad is there is no monthly fee you can purchase a package and use as you go. In this economy it makes better sense.

The Quad was my fitness group class place before Covid; during 2020 Covid I had rotator cuff surgery and its trainers have taken me in a little more than a year since medical release for activity from ZERO upper body strength to great gains......heck i couldn't do a pushup; now, not an issue, among other gains. You can find me there 3 times a week; Ms. Jodi puts me through the paces and i am better for it.

I recently started strength training at The Quad Fitness studio. With a degenerative spinal condition, I was always intimidated by the idea of training with heavier weights then I had been in previous years. I teach Pilates and many of our clients had raved about the quality and expertise they had experienced during their visits. Jodi is my trainer and I am absolutely blown away at the level of knowledge and passion she exudes in pretty much every aspect of my journey so far. From the cheerful reminders of my upcoming sessions, and the beaming smile she has on her face when I enter the building, she makes the whole damn experience so rewarding and absolutely top notch. I started the Quad 3 months ago because I wanted to lift heavier weights on my workouts. So far, I have loved every minute of it. I love that they have 5:30 am classes, that the group is small, and that the coaches push hard. I have also tried one-on-one weight training sessions and have gotten stronger and motivated to keep pushing myself. The whole staff is friendly and a true inspiration. I give the Quad 5 stars!

The Quad is an extremely versatile fitness studio built around a model that offers what the client needs. It is not a one size fits all gym. Personally, I’ve moved from high intensity interval cardio workouts to a more recent focus on strength training in order to work around a medical issue. As my needs change, my program evolves. Seth and the team run the best program that I have ever experienced in my 15 years of working out, yet they are always trying to improve. Fantastic culture. Five stars plus!

I have been attending group classes at the Quad since 2018 and personal training since 2020. This is my favorite place to workout in CC! All of the coaches are friendly, supportive, encouraging, and knowledgeable. I’ve learned so much about working out and moving correctly than I ever could have figured out by myself. The quad is perfect if you’re just starting out or if you’re an experienced athlete.

I absolutely love The Quad and their team! They are so knowledgeable and friendly!! They make working out fun. I’m really liking their online training since I have moved and hadn’t found a place quite like theirs where I’m at now...I get new workouts daily and Seth does a great job of reaching out to touch base with how things are going or if I get a little too quiet! And, I feel comfortable enough to check in with him if I have any questions or problems and not feel like I’m bothering him like I have with other 1:1 personal trainers in an online format. I cannot rave enough about them!! The only thing I’d change is to have more swag so I can sport them up here!

Best gym ever! The trainers are excellent. They keep it fresh with new workouts every time you train and they hit muscles you didn't know you had. Best part is they customize the workout to fit you. I have a back issue and the trainers never hesitate to have a modification just right for me so that I stay free of injury. In fact, I will even get an evil eye if I do something we both know I shouldn't do. This is an amazing place to maintain a lifestyle of health.

If you are looking for really fun, intense group workouts and/or personal training with extremely knowledgable trainers hyper-focused on form and performance, Quad Fitness Studio is the place. The price is as reasonable as I have ever seen, and the HIIT style workouts are as intense as you want to make them. The fun and energetic positive atmosphere offers the encouragement necessary to find a way to finish the workouts. Commit yourself to one month with Seth and the gang and your body will be in a different place than where you started. You'll be shocked at your level of cardio and strength after just a couple of weeks. Love this gym!
