At "The Shed" we believe that your body is a temple given to you by God. We should “honor our temple,” by taking care of it mentally, physically and spiritually. Our motto is “honora templum tuum,” which means honor your temple in Latin. Before every WOD we speak in the natural a declarations over our workout to mentally prepare us for what is to come.

Dropped in while in town for the 24.3 Open workout. Great gym and Matt was a huge help and motivator. I just hate that I missed fajita night. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a home gym or drop in.

I used to be intimidated when I thought about CrossFit, but there's nothing to be afraid of! After my first class I left smiling and ready to tackle more. The Shed has helped me get stronger and more confident. Everyone is so nice and encouraging, and the coaches will break down anything you don't understand. You don't have to be at a certain fitness level; everything can be scaled to meet you where you are. We all work hard together and it really pays off! Just try one class!

I have been a member of Shed for about 3 months. In this time, I have experienced nothing but excellent coaching, a supportive community, and a challenging yet fun workout environment. The coaches are knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and truly care about each member's progress.
The community is tight-knit and welcoming, creating a supportive atmosphere that encourages members to push themselves to their limits. From the cheering during tough workouts to the friendly conversations during cool-downs, everyone is genuinely invested in each other's success.
I highly recommend Shed to anyone looking for a fun, challenging, and supportive workout community.

The Shed is where you want to be. Even if you’re thinking “Crossfit? I could never do Crossfit, I’m not athletic at all” or “I want to do Crossfit but want to get in shape first” or even “I want to do Crossfit, but I’m scared”, STOP. JUST JOIN. JUST COME FOR ONE CLASS and you’ll be hooked. the coaches are great, every workout can be accommodated for what you ARE capable of. I, myself, don’t consider myself strong or athletic, but The Shed makes you feel confident! The coaches, and the other members. Come join our family, because you’ll NEVER be able to do it if you don’t try. You will be pushed and encouraged, but you will do and accomplish things you never thought you could… and make some pretty freaking awesome friends while you’re at it (:

Love coming to this gym. They push me yet have patience with me. I'm not athletic but I definitely feel like I am when I'm here. I have definitely grown as an "athlete". Like they say consistency is key. Get yourself a good gym, with good folks and you just might surprise yourself.

Growing up I've always been a big guy, about 6'8" and always hovering around 300lbs. As a athlete, my build fit the work. As I stopped playing sports I began to notice how I looked and began to hate my body more and more. I would start a vicious cycle of working out, dieting, and anything else to lose weight quick. It was never satisfying. There was always more weight to lose, always less food to eat. Sick and tired of that I sought out help.
Through some personal counceling and meeting with April and Matt at The Shed, I was able to process properly that I have to take care of my body yes, but losing weight wouldn't grant me happiness. Through proper training, eating, and discipline, I could be the best version of myself. That's all I wanted.
Currently I'm 4 weeks into their 6 Week Program and I'm becoming obsessed with taking care of my body! Training regularly, fueling my body properly, and pushing myself harder to grow stronger everyday. I'm not trying to lose weight for the sake of losing weight. I am disciplined to being better and feeling good, (and as a by product to that, I'm definitely losing fat and gaining muscle.) I am the strongest I've ever been. The healthiest as well.

After years of contemplating CrossFit, we finally decided to try a workout and were hooked after the first one. Not only is the location convenient, the owners are extremely knowledgeable and provide modifications for all levels. Many of the members are also new to CrossFit, so it might not be as intimidating as other locations, however saying this, those that have been participating for years cheer us on and provide tips and tricks for improvement. Not only is CrossFit offered, but Dope Yoga is true to it's name! We have also taken part in Power Lifting and Strongman sessions offered. Lastly, they have an amazing chiropractor on site. All we can say is to try it... you won't regret it!

I was a little nervous to try out CrossFit but this place is worth checking out! The coaches go above and beyond to make sure everyone knows how to do everything properly and will answer questions before, during and after the WOD to make sure you are comfortable and having fun. I just hit my 6 month mark!
